    Buna has a very young team. Will be very good for the next several years. Started 4 freshman and 3 sophomores with some young talent coming up.

    Texas BOOM is proud to announce Paige Ortiz will be helping coach the team. She is a graduate assistant at Lamar University. She played at Fordham University.     Buna Intermediate 50-70 won section 2 Thursday against Montgomery County. They start state Saturday at Post Oak Little league.

    Just to clear up some stuff. We are not affiliated with Texas Boom who played 12U this year in Class C. I started Texas Boom a couple years ago with DJ Wilson and he has an 8U team. Keith Day ask me if he could use the Texas Boom name and I said yes. I have decided to start another team and will continue to use the Texas Boom name. We are not affiliated with them at all. Sorry for the confusion. Best of luck to everyone see you on the field.
