WildcatBacker
Nah, Kirbyville will be just fine. All the preseason hype went to their heads and it bit them. They're out for blood now and to prove that they are for real. Kirbyville by 2 TD's.

EAGLEFOREVER
This should be an interesting game. We get to see how Kirbyville handles adversity and get a better look at Orangefield. It could go either way. If Kirbyville really has anything their speed would be an advantage and should give them the win.

Mr. Buddy Garrity
Orangefield is tough this year.they got a few big boys on that team. Saw a pic of em.
TxHoops
Orangefield is tough this year. Not as tough as last year IMO. They will be well coached, but much like their opponent last week (Buna), they lost a lot of key players to graduation. As a result, they have are playing a lot younger players at key positions and there will be some growing pains. If Dennis were playing, I think Kirbyville would be a clear favorite. Without him, this one is a toss up. If OF controls the ball and avoids turnovers, they have a good chance to win. If Kirbyville can find the big play a few times (and they still have the team speed to do so), they may have a similar result as last year's game. TxHoops
And regarding their week 1 opponents, I think some may be undervaluing BC and overvaluing Buna. BC is going to be miles better than most expected and Buna graduated one of the best senior classes they have had in a long, long time (in all sports). El Guapo
k-ville by 17 ! Since o-field runs the same offense as BC (not near as good )I think k-ville will be will know exactly what to expect.
Bobkat
k-ville by 17 ! Since o-field runs the same offense as BC (not near as good )I think k-ville will be will know exactly what to expect. Not nearly as good huh, guess we'll have to wait and see. I know Buna is down but that not near as good offense still put up almost 400 yards on the ground last week. If our young inexperienced offensive line can continue to gel we have a shot, if not it could be a long night. Hoping we also get a key player back this week!!!
