Silsbee's Joe Sigler to retire..... Silsbee is open

I've had recruiting guys from 247 tell me Kavian Bryant is in their opinion the #1 dual threat QB in the country in the Class of 2027...not to mention he's a P4 basketball recruit -

From a football standpoint adding Kavian Bryant and his brother to an already strong Silsbee squad immediatley makes them a state contender....from a basketball standpoint it puts them in the conversation depending on if they go D1/D2....definitely puts them in the D2 talk -
Looks like the public disagrees with you. PS -- I saw the new democratic slogan: DeMS 13

Any idea on interview candidates?

If you have not read the police report, it gives a pretty good indication of what happened. While it only gives the statements of several officers, what I picked up on was there are at least 30 witnesses listed on the report (names redacted of course), and they collected cell phones, meaning a possibility that the murder was recorded. @tvc184 - one officer statement said they found the knife on a bleacher partially folded.....you were right about it being a pocket knife. Kountze and Warren are tied 2-2 and will finish the game Monday. A Warren player was seriously injured and they postponed the rest of the game. Prayers for the young man

Everyone that I have spoken to says Jones is staying in Silsbee. We will see. In order to be eligible for next season, he would need to transfer now. Otherwise, he takes a risk of not being signed off on or DEC rules him leaving for athletic purposes. If so, he would have to sit a year from when he enrolled at what school he transfers to. It's not as easy at it may seem. -

The superintendent is leaving. See how things go from there. The Mustangs did have an improved season. Got to keep climbing.

Does the coaching hire have any bearing on whether Jones stays at Silsbee? -

Hopefully DOGE will bring enough awareness that the Trump administration won't kick the can down the road anymore. Very sorry that you and your wife are having to deal with a situation like this, when so much money is being spent on those that are actually gaming the corrupt system. -
Why is there so much focus on this one guy? He was here illegally and was deported to his home country. I couldn’t care any less about dem talking points. They always seem to find one issue, get on the bat phones, and unite even for this flimsy issue. If they stood for the American people for once, they would sway more votes. They always forget that simple fact. They should focus on the mother’s of the slain victims of ms-13 and illegals in general. They have proven to me that they don’t care.

He been a lot of places according to Google. With his own two plus what’s in Silsbee no doubt he can just roll some basketballs out and be successful. Just got to make sure he won’t piss off the wrong person and can make it through a couple of seasons without causing drama. -
So a Democratic Congressman went to El Salvador (on taxpayers dime I assume) to meet with an Illegal Alien, Wife Beater (per police reports), that a Judge and appeals Judge BOTH ordered to be deported........ It is like they learned nothing from the butt whipping Trump and the Republican party gave them in 2024.

Wait til you read this one. Waste, fraud & abuse to the max. Not just the $84 billion. Apparently, our government has known about this stuff for 4 Administrations & done nothing but pocket the insurance lobbies’ money. [Hidden Content] Meanwhile, my better 1/2, with Parkinson’s Plus which keeps her from walking, writing, talking clearly, bathing, going to the bathroom, eating, or clothing herself has to hire a disability attorney to try to fight to get disability where she can have insurance. At 61 years young, we have to be on outrageously expensive ACA for her to have any coverage at all since we’re in the ‘donut hole’ unless we pay an attorney and cross our fingers and wait. And—in Texas—unless your 65, the state doesn’t require supplemental insurance to cover preexisting conditions. It’s a big mess and a crock. Sorry. I guess I should be happy/thankful we can get anyone to cover her at all. Off my soapbox now.

As much as I would like Jacob to take over, he isn't certified. At Silsbee, all their head coaches are certified teachers. -
How can you say he’s failed horribly when’s he’s only been in office 3 months? And you’ll make money in your 401K before he leaves office, I have no doubt about that when I see negotiations that are taking place. Groceries didn’t come down on day one, can’t argue that, but if the tariffs bring imports down and bring more jobs back to America, I’m good with it. What some folks may not like is paying more for some items because they are now produced with a labor force making a livable wage rather than in a sweatshop factory.

It would be a great idea for DOGE to step in and advise on making this more efficient, if fact, they would be the perfect fit when I read that almost half of the $84 billion spent on MA participants is due to “coding intensity”. I mean, what’s the down side?
