According to th Polk County Enterprise coach Lester King is out after 38 years in Goodrich. The Goodrich ISD board voted to non-renew his contract.

I do not know if the Cardinals will win the conference tournament this year, however they will wind up with a nice record. Sometimes they play really well and sometimes struggle, but I will say that they don’t quit. They have had many late inning comebacks this season.
