The teams that are available for a game that week who don't have a full 10 game schedule are Franklin (not bad), Evadale and Burkeville. And the developer of physical speed does not possess enough to avoid the heck we'd catch if Coach T were to schedule Evadale or Burkeville.

Buckeyes have lost 2 in a row to a couple of strong teams. I like the improvement I've seen over last year. We are hard to beat at home and I like our chances Friday night. We have really been careful with some kids so hopefully we come out injury free (y'all too for that matter) and give it a good run at a district championship. I see us no worse that 2nd and probably ending up playing PG again in the 4th round. Young Bucks could build enormous confidence with a W on Friday.

Yep there is a lot that goes into a Friday night of high school football in the state of Texas and I sure would hate it if all the kids wouldn't have the opportunity to participate in whatever club/group they belong to.

Well an e-mail was sent out yesterday stating that the BU varsity cheerleaders will perform at Thursdays game in Baytown by their cheer sponsor. Just hoping for some good news from the band and dance team.

The new offense can work but needs to be balanced with the pass more we can't be afraid to mix it up.(The Broncos have an excellent air attack when utilized) I think our staff hasn't shown all their cards yet we will see friday. The way I see it these kids have been through so much the last 6-8 years with the scandals, thefts, flooding, combining schools, and now flooding again. They deserve a break. My prayers to all of the students teachers and faculty of the BISD. I hope and pray it works out fast.
