Beasley’s green onion is a great one. For pan sausage, Owens is my favorite. I love the rare times I can get my wife to make spaghetti and use hamburger and a pound of Owens Hot pan sausage mixed in. She hates the hot 😢. Market Basket Pepper Jack Cheese boudin is good too.

Every new coach shouldn’t be judged until the season after a FULL offseason. Great coaches will make a difference with out an offseason. There aren’t many great ones out there. Over half of ALL hires are done deals with brother in laws or ADs drinking buddies or coaches in THSCA politics which looks good to many Superintendents which means he’s a brown nosed and politicker. I’ve worked for 11 coaches in 33 years of football. 2 great, 1 average, 2 below average and 6 AWFUL SELFISH for $ only.

Yowman needs to get going this game as he gives WB the best chance to compete with NS. NS plays man cover zero 95% of the time. Elia missed alot of throws in last year game to Simpson and Thad Johnson that would've generated points. Yowman can and will make those throws if he has time. If Yoman can get them out of cover zero then you can sprinkle Anderson in here and there to help move the chains to keep NS offense off the field.

After year 1 start of year 2 you should start seeing the team understand the system, off season programs, familiar with the coaches etc. Year 3 should see a playoff team/winning team on the field in my eyes. Year 4 that’s all his work senior class on down

Huffman definitely looks legit. As of now they are the team to beat in district. But when LCM plays to their potential, we are not bad. the win on the road at splendora was impressive. take away a few penalties at the end, and a fumble, we win by 3 scores. the 2 losses on the year were to WOS and Jasper (both top 10 in 4A D2). But if we want to beat Huffman, we have to step it up for sure. Cannot afford any dumb mistakes

I know some people say enrollment doesn’t matter. But 5000 (NS) v 2400 (WB) makes a difference. Allen has the largest enrollment in the state and is a contender yearly lol

I only asked because I haven't heard that name in a while. Met him when I was in the 8th grade as a PA kid. He would always tease me and tell me that I should've move to BMT with my uncle and play for him. Every time I would see him we would talk, not just about sports, but about life, just anything. Played against him in 84, 85, and 86. He left a great impression on me, and I had tons of respect for him.

I believe about 3 years ago to the date is when everyone 1 thought West Brook would lose to Lufkin and that's when West Brook went into the old Trick or Treat bag and introduced some of you all to Elia as a sophmore and he put up 7 touchdowns and accounted for almost 500 total yards or so. Dont be surprised if Peavey puts a wrinkle in the defense by playing a different safety and putting Bryce Anderson behind the gun. Not only does West Brook have to worry about the run but your gonna have to have a mobile QB that has good feet to give yourself a chance or the defense will be on the field way to long. Just some food for thought....carry on...

Surely coaches cant play the game but should have a very strong influence in the decision making of his players. The solution and search has eluded that "Coach" from being hired on the south end of town..jmo
