The team is not the ones getting hired and fire. Anybody can sit back and give their opinions when you're not the one really making those decisions. Poor execution in the end cost wos the game and silsbee rose up to the occasion and got it done.

I hate when people say bad move and lateral move, maybe that is where he wants to coach, maybe LCM has been his dream job, Maybe that is where he wants his kids to go to school, Maybe that is where he wants to live.
