What’s the point of arguing this? It’s entirely possible that PamFam just dislikes Biden the least. It’s okay. Personally, I wouldn’t vote for Trump if there was any other viable option. He’s a jerk, but that’s kinda excusable if things are rocking. When things are going badly (like now), all you’re left with is a jerk. Pretending that Trump is sent here by God himself to save us from certain destruction isn’t a pitch that moderates and undecideds want to hear. Even conservatives with half a brain don’t want to hear it, either. I admire that Trump donates his salary. I like that he at least listens to Christian social concerns. I like that he stands up to a hostile liberal media. I think he’s a terrible leader and an inept politician. He’s done less to unite us than Obama did. Anybody that believes Trump wasn’t elected with an “it’s us against them” platform isn’t being honest with themselves. The guy is divisive, period.

Legacy opened a few years ago and they are in the local TCAL district with Bob Hope, Tekoa, Beaumont Harmony etc. The school from what I understand specializes in getting their students prepared for careers in sports. Anything from sports medicine to coaching to sports broadcasting. I believe all of their coaches played either college or professionally. They have 2 teams, a national travel team that also competes at the TCAL 6A level and a 3A squad that plays in our district. Basically their JV team but that JV team is still very talented. They played for the state championship last year after going undefeated in district play. That group had quite a few that could dunk and I believe we played them closer than anyone else in district and we still lost both games by 20 points (both scores were around 80-60). They beat Tekoa in one of their games something like 120-95. Both of those teams just run up and down the floor and play 0 defense

My perception is that Obama's method of "management" is what got Trump elected. There is plenty I don't like about Trump as an individual. But I was so tired of highly polished speakers having no other capabilities. I have said this before but I want to restate it for illustrative purposes. There was plenty about Bobby Knight that I found abrasive and unbecoming, but I never, ever doubted his competence as a coach. I would also suggest that Mr. Trump is probably the only President in modern history who will leave the office with a net worth of somewhat less than when he started.

You are right about party affiliation. It's basically one's ideology that either fits inside a certain party or it doesn't. So, with that being said, if your ideology makes you vote for a racist (check Biden's past if you want to be honest about this) and socialist (Biden), well, then, you are a socialist and OK with racist behavior. I'll ask the salient question: Why would a non-liberal, non-socialist find this appealing to vote for?!

From what I understand, it’s a new prep-type school that plans on playing a national schedule. If true, they will get their heads beat in at that level.

Honestly without transfers Evadale would be a 1A within 5 years. Just my opinion.

I think it comes down to small school politics. Somebody didn't like some of the kids and tried to get rid of them. Word I got was the board never approved or saw the list. Least that's what one of the families were told on why they got a letter... I dunno, wish somebody would clear it up a little more honestly. My nephew had no idea it happened and he's friends with a couple of the kids that got the letter.

I assume because site is large enough to social distance and it's not till March. I am very upset with the no tourney policy because I will miss all those great hospitality rooms!!
