Struck up a conversation with an older guy and he had come all the way from Pennsylvania to make money for his family. Real nice guy. The wife went and bought them donuts. They thanked us very much. Livingston was up 14 with about 1:15 left. Needville scored in I think three plays starting from midfield, and went for an onside kick. The Lions recovered, but with 50 seconds left fumbled the first play on a toss, Blue Jays recovering. With one time out, they drove (if you can call another three plays a drive) down the field and dove into the end zone with 15 seconds left, and converted for two for a one point lead. Needville pooched the kick, and the Lions ran a play or two and got to Needville's 35. Down one, the field goal unit took the field, but the kick was blocked to end the game. Oh to be a Lions fan. Wouldn't trade it for anything. That aside, it was a great game and Livingston is looking much better than in years past. Will be interested to see what we can do over the rest of the season.
