PAM has too much talent to ever be bad or mediocre. It's not like TJ, Lincoln and SFA still exist where the excuse was that the talent was divded up. Even then, TJ and Lincoln didnt have any problems winning. If this guy doesnt turn ot around this year then it's time for someone else.

This is ridiculous. I want the best applicant to get the job. This woman has decided that if the best applicant is black, she’s not going to hire them anyway. It’s pure racism. I have an equal problem with it going the other way, and better white applicants being passed over for minority candidates, but I also understand that that is a result of decades of hiring practices from those like our friend Eileen here. The fact that people like her still exist makes it difficult to argue against preferential hiring practices for minorities, even though it’s something that I don’t necessarily agree with. I’d love to see a society where the best applicant for a job actually gets the job on merit.

'96 football season Vidor went 5-5 (undefeated at home) under Head Coach Pat Murphy. That was also the year that we beat WO-S at home 20-19. The '97 football season (graduated in '98) we went 2-8 under Head Coach Johnson.

At least she is not a (I’ll use the term very loosely) LEADER. I hate posts like yours because it doesn’t expose the real racism that is taking place in our society. Most of the racism that exists, besides what we see in the news, is on social media. I am semi-handicapped at the moment and I went to a restaurant the other day. A black man and his family were ahead of us entering. His family has already entered and he held the door open for me and I thanked him. He said no problem. Guess what? I’m an old white guy, you know, the one everyone is being taught to hate. I am saying racism is being blown way out of proportion by design. This woman will get her just reward.

The enrollment disparity between the largest schools and smallest schools in the classification...new schools aren't built at 4A/3A they open as 5A/6A so as more new schools get added in it trickles down to 4A and widens that gap.....UIL wants to get as close to a 2:1 ratio as possible and right now the cut line in 4A is 1229 and the smallest is 515...thats a large gap.....we are adding ten new 5A/6A schools in 2022.....that gap in 4A is going to get even larger because more small 5A's are going to drop because there's only so many spots in 5A/6A and they already have a lot of nine and ten team districts

splitting 6A doesn't address this issues in 4A and to a lesser extent 3A...
