I knew it. I knew it. Huffman going to pull some serious tricky excrement on Vidor. We had a trick play last week - threw a 13 yard pass. Four Pirate fans collapsed in the stands. 911 was called, but all four were okay. Two just fainted and two had severe constipation.4 points -

I have been kind of keeping up with it but there are so many comments other than from his relatives that itās hard to find about his condition. After I posted a few days ago, he had a couple of setbacks search as a bacterial lung infection. He was treated at that time and from what I could gather responded well. It took a couple of days for him to start coming out of the induced coma. What I read yesterday was that he had become conscious but was having expected mental or neurologic issues. I donāt want to use their terminology but it sounds like he was fighting to regain consciousness The family member posted that the doctor said this is what is to be expected and it could last for a few days to weeks or months but if I remember correctly, it is unlikely to be permanent. From what I gathered, he is on the road to recovery but barring any other setbacks, it will just take a while with an unknown timeframe.3 points

I taught my kid from a young age that he had every right to defend himself against an attack. It worked well for us, he was only in one fight and it lasted only a couple seconds as he only swung one time and put the dude on his butt. I picked him up from school and we went for dinner and ice cream. He was around 13. School imo should not have different self defense rules than real life.....I mean, school is suppose to prepare you for real life, right? I see both sides, but my old school mentality can't make sense of letting yourself get beat up.2 points -

Iāve watched the National news this whole week, and I have not seen one story on this. Missionaries from America (Pennsylvania) violently kidnapped off a tiny island south of Florida and NOTHING. Seventeen Americans and not a word. Now we can have numerous stories about vaccines approved for children, a fourth vaccine shot being debated but nothing about Christian missionaries kidnapped. We can have national news stories about: [Hidden Content] This is just amazing to me. [Hidden Content] Christian suffering though has been foretold: [Hidden Content]1 point

This is CNN giving an opinion about the Wall Street Journal going too far in it's opinion section........ They are comparing stating an opinion that the election was stolen in 2020 to yelling fire in a movie theater...... From the article "The op-ed section at the Journal will likely hide behind 1st Amendment free speech arguments to defend themselves. But that misses the mark, since our speech is bound in all sorts of ways already. You can't yell "bomb" on a plane without repercussions. Or "fire" in a movie theater. (Remember when we used to go to the movies? Yeah, that was fun.)" Are we going to criminalize opinions when we don't agree with them? [Hidden Content]1 point

TRUMP'S LETTER TO THE EDITOR TO THE WALL STREET JOURNAL In your editorial āThe Election for Pennsylvaniaās High Courtā (Oct. 25), you state the fact that a court wrongly said mail-in ballots could be counted after Election Day. āThis didnāt matter,ā you add, ābecause Mr. Biden won the state by 80,555, but the country is lucky the election wasnāt closer. If the election had hung on a few thousand Pennsylvanians, the next President might have been picked by the U.S. Supreme Court.ā Well actually, the election was rigged, which you, unfortunately, still havenāt figured out. Here are just a few examples of how determinative the voter fraud in Pennsylvania was: ā¢ 71,893 mail-in ballots were returned after Nov. 3, 2020, at 8 p.m., according to Audit the Vote PA. None of these should have been counted according to the U.S. Constitution and the state Legislature, which didnāt approve this change. ā¢ 10,515 mail-in votes from people who do not exist on the Pennsylvania voter rolls at all. ā¢ 120,000 excess voters are not yet accounted for by the Pennsylvania Department of Stateāfar more votes than voters! ā¢ From 2016 to 2020, during my term as president, Republicans out-registered Democrats 21 to 1. This translated to a 659,145-vote lead at 12:38 a.m. on election night, with āTrumpā up a full 15 points. ā¢ Hundreds of thousands of votes were unlawfully counted in secret, in defiance of a court order, while Republican poll watchers were thrown out of buildings where voting took place. ā¢ 39,771 people who registered to vote after the Oct. 19, 2020, deadline, still voted in the 2020 electionāsimply not allowed. Highly respected Audit the Vote PA found numerous data integrity problems the Pennsylvania Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors (SURE) system, including: ā¢ 305,874 voters were removed from the rolls after the election on Nov. 3rd. ā¢ 51,792 voters with inactive voter registrations at the end of October 2020 nevertheless voted. ā¢ 57,000 duplicate registrations. ā¢ 55,823 voters who were backfilled into the SURE system. ā¢ 58,261 first-time voters 70 years and older. ā¢ 39,911 people who were added to voter rolls while under 17 years of age. ā¢ 17,000 mail-in ballots sent to addresses outside of Pennsylvania. ā¢ Another analysis of Montgomery County, Pa., found 98% of the eligible voting population in the county was already registered to voteānot possible. ā¢ A canvass of Montgomery County has identified 78,000 phantom voters, with roughly 30% of respondents unaware that there are people registered and voting from their address. ā¢ One nursing home in Lancaster County had 690 registrations and an extremely high turnout rate of 85% in 2020, while nursing homes were closed due to Covid. One of these residents said she had not voted in the past 3 years, but had a mail-in ballot cast in her name. ā¢ 25,000 ballots were requested from nursing homes at the exact same time. ā¢ Numerous reports and sworn affidavits attested to poll watcher intimidation and harassment, many by brute force. ā¢ Attorney General Bill Barr ordered U.S. Attorney Bill McSwain to stand down and not investigate election irregularities. ā¢ Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook poured over $17 million to interfere in the Pennsylvania election, including $5.5 million on āballot processing equipmentā in Philadelphia and $552,000 for drop boxes where the voting pattern was not possible. And so much more! This is why Democrats and the Fake News Media do not want a full forensic audit in Pennsylvania. In reality, 80,555 ballots are nothing when there is this much corruption or voter irregularities. Donald J. Trump Palm Beach, Fla.1 point

Thank you. In another forum a guy kind of confronted me on his real world versus a movie set, which I think matters. He, like some people in this forum, was of the mindset that if you pointed a firearm, you were automatically guilty. I was thinking of a response and remembered another part of Texas law on defenses to prosecution. Sec. 8.02. MISTAKE OF FACT. (a) It is a defense to prosecution that the actor through mistake formed a reasonable belief about a matter of fact if his mistaken belief negated the kind of culpability required for commission of the offense. (b) Although an actor's mistake of fact may constitute a defense to the offense charged, he may nevertheless be convicted of any lesser included offense of which he would be guilty if the fact were as he believed. It potentially could exonerate Baldwin depending on how movies are made and depending on state law. You can see in (a) that if a person formed a reasonable belief that would negate culpability, it is a defense of prosecution. In (b), even if it does not fit the most serious crime, you might be charged with a lower crime if that culpable mental state could be proven. I have asked this several times in different forums but again, what is normally done on a movie set? It very well might matter. If actors are often handed guns and they are not required to check them to see if it has dummy or live rounds, that would seem to fit (a). Would it be a reasonable belief by an actor who maybe hundreds of times done or seen other actors handed a gun and they do not check them because they believe an expert has cleared the weapon. In such a scenario I believe it would definitely fit (a) as to a reasonable belief. Even if a person used (b), that could reduce a murder charge in Texas down to Criminal Negligent Homicide which can be prosecuted as a misdemeanor with as little as one day in jail or a fine only.1 point -
