Who cares anymore that liberals are upset about the SCOTUS ruling on Roe vs Wade. These lunatics want to groom your kids in public schools, and have drag queens read books to them in public libraries. They want to cheat in every public election to stay in power, and force you to apologize for being a racist to keep your job - there’s no living in peace with these people. Stop pretending you can negotiate with these cultural terrorist.3 points

I wondered about that when Scott Peterson killed his pregnant wife Laci Peterson. The media kept saying he killed his wife and his unborn child. I'm like, oh, now they want to acknowledge that it is considered murdering a unborn child. Found out later that they could say that because it was a wanted pregnancy by Laci Peterson. It's sad when a unborn child is only considered human life only if the mother says it is.2 points -

I arrested a guy for burglary doing the same thing. I don’t remember how many years he was sentenced to but was looking at a 20 year maximum. I was training a rookie officer and we got a call of a garage being broken into at about 3:30pm in the summer. The rookie was driving and we saw a guy mowing grass in the same area. For some reason it looked strange to me but he was just mowing grass. Then I started giving rapid fore directions to my partner which she didn’t understand. The one sided conversation went something like…. “Stop the car!! Get out and grab the guy mowing grass!… Hurry, hurry!!”. Standard rookie response…. “Huh…. What… ?”. Standard training officer response…. “Don’t ask questions, get him!”. It took a few seconds to figure out why I was confused but knew the guy was committing a felony. He was on his first cut after starting the mower. But…. he started at the sidewalk and was mowing straight into the middle of the yard. Basically he divided the yard in half with a push mower. I have mowed a yard a few million times and never made my first cut straight into tall grass. I always started by going around the outside and working my way in. This guy saw us coming and as an alibi, pull started the mower and started cutting. The problem is that he was going down the sidewalk and had no time to start where a person would typically start. The San Augustine grass was about 5” high (family was on vacation) and he dove straight into it. We handcuffed him immediately (obviously my decision) and I don’t remember if I or the rookie checked the garage but yep, the lock was pried off. The difference between a veteran officer and a rookie….. She went on to be a training officer herself and has been in detectives for a out 20 years with about 34 years on the job so far. No doubt learning what I was teaching.2 points

PNG's Spring Practice!
Rez and one other reacted to Cougar14.2 for a topic
Dude, you think that's hijacking a thread? There were 9 posts in 4 days when I made that comment and I mentioned Crosby once to add an example to what I was saying. Now you're saying dumb about JV players, come on dude. We're not in the same division anymore and there's probably a 99% chance Crosby will never play PNG again, why would I make comments about PNG having a chance against Crosby anymore? The first comment I made literally talks about PNG possibly being able to finishing 2nd in the district and make a regional final, wth are you talking about? As far as practice, I had a guy from Santa Fe who has a relative on the team come by and tell me "We're looking really good in Spring practice so far.", so there you go.2 points -

And these loons have posted the home addresses of the conservative justices so they could attack them at their homes. The craziest part, Biden has not condemned them. That is so reprehensible. Where is the man who was going to bring us together? Surely he’ll go down as the most divisive president in history. Beside him, Trump was a hand holding, Kumbaya singing peacenik.1 point -

I gotta quit coming back on here and reading y'all's responses. The pro-life crowd certainly spends a lot of money trying to make sure these babies are born. i'm referring to after they're born. The same folks who are pro-life are typically anti-handout and anti-government support. There's no debating that. It wouldn't take a whole lot to go through old political threads on here and find quotes from the majority of your pro-lifers in this thread disparaging government aid and handout programs, all of which would have to be massively expanded when you start adding a few million mouths a year to the government teat. And let me just add this here because I really don't want to come back onto this thread: I'm all for added support to expectant mothers, counseling (for those who want it), etc. And I especially would like to see adoption not be a big money operation. Make it an easier process and you'll see abortions drop, and you'll find more families for more unwanted kids. Just because I'm pro-choice doesn't mean I celebrate abortion. I'm happy to see the numbers greatly decrease, but there's got to be a plan in place to support these kids. Getting them born is the first, easiest, and cheapest step.1 point -

I can. It just boggles my mind that some can't see that life begins at conception. Every living thing, whether it is plants and trees, animals or human beings had to have started at some point. If you put a seed into the ground, it starts to germinate, that's life of a plant/tree beginning. It ain't like a motor with wires was hook up to it start the growth process. Geez.1 point -

This is an odd take, they laid an egg last year but calling them a paper tiger is a little much...they've proven they are a contender....I think the new district is going to help them immensely As for how a team looks in spring ball I think its really hard to tell just because you dont have a frame of reference against other teams.....biggest thing about spring is coming out healthy and maybe settling individual position battles1 point -

I don’t have to adopt a kid to be pro life. Whose rule is that? Trying for higher ground with that sentiment is ridiculous. No one on here knows how abortion has personally affected me. My reasons for being pro-life are my own.1 point

You just can't help yourself. Your kindergarten classmates are laughing at you. Why bother? Because sometimes it's fun exposing someone's true colors. Arrogance coupled with ignorance is just a hilarious combination. Keep the childish quips coming. Also, add some more emojis to help clarify what you can't articulate through your own words...you know, create your own little picture book. That should raise your posts up to at least third grade level.1 point

Anyone that wants to make a difference should volunteer time or give money to a pregnancy hope center. Nothing saves the life of a baby more often when the mother is not sure about what to do than her seeing the baby on an ultrasound or hearing the heartbeat. Not to be confused with planned parenthood which is nothing more than an abortion mill and parts harvester.1 point -

I understand what you were doing, I just felt like your rebuttal did not hold any water. You actually make his point though. The "fetus", as you call it, or "life" as I call it (heart beats, takes in nourishment, reacts to outside stimulus) are in the same predicament. If either are neglected ("by not taking care of it") then both will die. The two only differ as a matter of geography. One's in the womb and one is out...that's it.1 point -

Interesting. BF and company couldn’t fix the defense after being there over a decade but Joseph’s staff fixes it in 7 practices🤔 Sounds like y’all made the right decision. Make sure you don’t get scheme and personnel confused though. For instance, off the top of my head I can only remember one TD Crosby scored on PNG last year from a scheme mistake the DB made against Womack. All the rest of the TDs(really only talking about first half when starters were in) were a result of Crosby being bigger and faster than PNG. The great coaches like Joseph’s dad figure out how to mitigate those disadvantages. PNG is going to have to wait until the fall to see if the same is true for Jr.1 point -

Certain small circles have made some racist claims about CT. If as you say, the term suspect refers to a criminal, it does not single out a race. If a coach from another school. say one with a majority of white athletes, were to use the term "suspects", would it be racist? I assume not. So because of where CT coaches, his comment is racist? Reality is my friend, you have twisted this into a race issue because of the race of the athletes which in turn makes you the racist.1 point
