  1. I get it….you have no answer. Elmer Fudd could have got us out of that so called depression. My grand parents lived through the depression. They were alive when Obama took office an they laughed at the analogy you just gave. If you want to voluntarily send in more money to the IRS because of the intentional inflation(tax) without legislation being pushed on this country nobody is stopping you but I Bet you want. As for price’s, regardless of what party is in charge they are suppose to look after the best interest of “We The People “ that’s means people of all income levels. Your comments on prices is typical of a self centered liberal who cares only about themselves until it starts affecting them. My family is taken care of but there’s a lot of families that are hurting really bad due to this intentional pain that is being brought on by this Fake Administration.

  2. All rankings are a guess.....there's a lot that goes into them, past performance, returning starters, pedigree of program and coach and there's some hunches/feelings that go into it as well...its not a perfect science but we tend to do ok... as for Hirschi..I think people forget just how close they were to beating Stephenville in the semifinals last year...we are talking about a team that went 12-3 last year...is moving down to D2 in Region I and they return a dozen starters...if their Coach doesnt take the Coppell job and take his son who was the leading returning tackler with him, I think Hirschi would be ranked #2.... Silsbee is more of a guess because they were average last year, but sixteen starters back, including a large number of juniors who played as sophomores we felt pretty good about the Tigers, especially considering their recent playoff pedigree

  7. Mississippi is baseball HQ for college baseball. Last 2 national champions coming from there. Was a great season, my favorite sport due to the fan bases, traditions and the energy these kids put out. Always sad when the season ends!!!!!! My grandfather was an Ole Miss grad and grew up loving the Rebs.

  9. Seems like wherever Rio goes he produces high quality talent on the offensive side of the ball. All the way from Tyrik Rollison at Sulphuric Springs to the Brisbane kid he has now. Crazy part is that if he didn’t have to kick his starting qb off the team he’s probably playing for a state title last year. Dude can flat out coach offensive football. I think a healthy Chapel Hill is a title contender this year too though. Riordan has basically proved if you give him the guys he can beat your guys. Very impressed how fast he’s gotten CH there against that level of competition in that area.

  12. Democrats, mainly Frank and Dodd, caused the housing bubble while the Bush administration raised red flags, been posted by myself and others already and very easy to verify. But I’m sure you won’t bother to check it out. You really need to educate yourself on history if you wanted to throw it in folk’s faces.

  13. I can see the difference Obama made….. My health insurance policy went from almost $500.00 a month to almost $2000.00 thanks to the unaffordable health care act. You’ve never heard me praise Bush try again. Quit trying to change the subject of what good the D’s have done the last 10 years. Heck the country could have went on autopilot an corrected itself after the stock market crash when bush was in office. The stock market went from 7900 to 19,000 while Obama was in office. Trump took it from 19,000 to over 30,000 while he was in office. That’s like taking over a NFL team that went 0 and 16 the previous season then getting them to 8 and 8, whoopty do! Hell all you can do is go up. Lol. Try taking over a team 8 and 8 an get’em them to 15 and 1 or 14 an 2. Now that’s what I call results. To set the record straight I don’t worship D’s, R’s, or Presidents. I am a independent conservative who admires results an Trump produced them. That’s why this thread was started. Ignore that fact all you want. Now back to being on topic. This is why you don’t give the left a centimeter. She’s spot on.

I would have to say that LB Jayron Williams is the bell cow on defense. Being a senior, he should take the role of defensive leader.

  16. Unfortunately their were a lot of D’s wearing R’s that kept that from happening. Democrat John McCain being the main one. Fortunately Trump took care of the veterans with the Mission Act that allows veterans to see civilian doctors instead of having to go to the VA. That was a huge accomplishment when look at crappy care our veterans we’re getting especially under Barack Hussein Obama. [Hidden Content]

  19. Ryan didnt have much depth last year and its even less this year...You are correct abour Ryan's defense still being strong but Longview did put 33 up on them in the playoffs so clearly the Lobos took big steps forward primarily IMO due to improvement on the OL, which returns mostly intact. I'd give Longview the edge over Ryan at WR, I'd give Longview the edge over Ryan at RB (each team has a 4-star stud, but Longview is much deeper there)...obviously Longview's OL gets the edge over Ryan...Longview's QB played a lot last year and struggled, mainly because I think he had a senior looking over his shoulder, he seems much more confident this year and according to the staff he's made major strides....Ryan's front seven gets a big edge over Longview IMO (thats where Longview has the most questions), but the gap between the two secondaries isn't as big as one would think...Longview's back four has some really talented young kids... Teams dont beat Longview four times in a row often, I'm playing the odds here in my personal rankings and giving Longview the edge over Ryan in a potential semifinal....and at least in the pre-season rankings, the computer agrees

Goes to show you that regular season games are exciting and tell you a bunch about your team. The playoffs show what you have learned and whether or not your mettle was tested during those games. It doesnt happen often enough for the Tigers, but when they get deep in the playoffs its a game. Ill take 7-4, 6-5 reg season all day if it prepares us for December. Two games that will hurt me forever... 2015 Carthage 2019 Cuero

  29. 🤦‍♂️ ...another analogy. Bottom line, folks like myself made a choice for what was good for the country, folks that voted for biden made a horrible choice. You seem to think that the problem is all about a man, it's not. We're in a place now where we have to put up a candidate that will appease moderates that have no clue what is going on, and that problem is only getting worse, can't fix that. Biden had a track record of 47 years of HORRIBLE policies and was as crooked as they come and Trump had just achieved energy independence, elected great SCJs, was building the wall, record low unemployment for minorities...but he tweeted mean stuff, seriously??? I won't argue with you that Trump is unlikeable, but I sure won't agree that the fault of losing lies 100% on him and not the low information ignorant voters that put the fool we have now in office. Vote how you want, I don't care, if Trump runs again I'll sure vote for him, and it will be the right choice, that's been proven without a doubt.

  30. As a Lobo fan, I tend to agree more that Longview should not have the nod over 1-2 possibly 3 other teams for the number one spot. My reasons are pretty simple: O-line: I know we return a lot but are on the smaller side. That is not historically a problem for Longview to have smaller O-line because they are masters of using strength and leverage to their advantage. That has definitely not been the case the last two years. If that changes and they get back to true form, they will be a force. QB: Potential starter - Great kid, hard worker, completely committed to his team/program. His skillset the two previous years underwhelmed but he has looked his best this spring and qualifying for the state 7 on 7. How he plays this fall will be the key...doesn't have to be a world beater but has to cut down on the mistakes in a major way. Games versus elite teams: As previously mentioned we are 0-5 the last 2 years against the best (elite) teams on our schedule. Until we can get over that hump, it is a wait and see for me. I personally think that Lonestar-Crosby-Longview will be the Region 2 favorites. The biggest issue for both Longview and Crosby will be their really weak schedules. I think Longview has 2 solid teams on its schedule and Crosby 1-2. That could be an issue for both teams once the playoffs start. Going to be a great season. Can't wait to see what happens.
