I have seen a few over the last few years. First 6 man broadcast I ever did was out of the bed of a pick up truck at Orange Community Christian.

I have read that Indian butter chicken is the favorite “restaurant” meal in India and United Kingdom. It is almost stunningly good BUT…. it is a mild curry dish and the word curry turns some people off. This is a very mild curry and if somebody did not know what they are eating and you did not tell them, they might not know they were eating a curry dish. There is a very similar dish called Tikka Masala. It has lots of butter and lots of cream in a tomato sauce. Generally I am not a huge fan of tomato sauces. I will certainly eat some but isn’t a top 5 kind of dish for me. Butter chicken is so heavy in butter and cream however that the tomato sauce is almost like a background flavor like a seasoning rather than the main body of the sauce. I guess you could make it with anything but traditionally it is made with boneless and skinless chicken thighs. Because it typically uses Kashmiri chili for color and a tad bit if flavor, you can tone down the heat to almost nothing. I think regular paprika would probably be the same with no heat. Kashmiri chili in my opinion is about 30% as hot as cayenne. It is usually served over rice or naan bread. If you want to see what it looks like, here’s a webpage with several pictures. Yup!!!! I believe another freshman could get playing time on defense this season (LB/DE)

If either the freshman or soph rb turn out good/great this will be explosive year on offense for the titans.

It would be nice if the 210 pounder plays some TE/HB. Especially in short yardage/goal line situations. Also, he could fill in at DE on occasion

I can’t wait anymore lol let’s get things rolling. We say goodbye to Carthage and China Spring and hello to Cuero . Also West Columbia joins the region. Lets discuss region favorites and sleepers. Crazy thing is the top 3 region favorites are in the same district. Hopefully we pull out the district championship this year because of not then your facing a uphill battle in bi district lol
