Don’t know nothing about the kid that was kicked off, other than I’ve heard from several in the community that he was a turd. Two sides to every story. As far as the Carl Broussard story. CT was a character witness. He can only testify as to what he knew the man to be. I’m fairly confident that CT didn’t condone he’s actions and what he was found guilty of. I know Broussard personally, myself. He coached at my high school in 1995, and I ran into him over the years. What he did was beyond reproach, but that’s not the person I knew. To say CT didn’t have morals, and wasn’t a man of a character as some in West Orange want ppl to believe is bull crap. They are reaping what they have sown.

Not to mention I believe, iirc, he was there under subpoena (I.e., he didn’t have a choice to NOT attend). And then it’s a matter of answering questions you are asked. I am quite certain he would have probably preferred to be ANYWHERE else on that day.

Congrats to them for their success. However, PNG has had great success with their first year coach as well. Both teams are climbing.

On a plus note, WOS will forever more be used an exhibit in every debate from now on about which is more important… athletes or coaches. You might not be able to win the Kentucky derby with a mule, but about a dozen million dollar race horses lose the derby every year.

oh trust me I do and will. The DAWGS have endured our share of losses to Blue&Silver over the years. Personally, I have always made it clear that I have such a high level of respect for the WOS football program and their accomplishments if I am not mistaken yalls fans are bit disgruntled about the down year so far. That said, it's pretty sad that literally one fan has at least said " good game".In case you forget Jasper is going thru changes as well. Might I add I am so proud of our young men this season! But even when we Jasper got beat 53 to 0 I was one of the first to come tip my hat and be courteous enough to congratulate on the game won. @One4All thank you for the sportsmanship. also @WOSdrummer99

SS was 3-23 over the past 3 seasons. Now 7-1 and creeping up the rankings.

It's a little early, but let's get it started. The Raiders are rolling thru opponents this season, while the Bears have put together a pair of wins and will head to L Town with some momentum. The Bears will have to play their best game of the season to have a chance of pulling off the upset!

LCM hasn't beat a team with a winning record. Teams they have beat are combined 8-32.

Pretty much all of the PNG starters sat out the entire second half. A receiver in the 1st half, #19 played QB for a series, then #14 played QB for the rest of the game. Hopefully everyone played; if not then shame on the coaches. The PNG kicker had a good night, and was kept very busy in the first half, and in 2nd half kicked a field goal ~35 or so yards with plenty room to spare. QB #11 was on target, and so were the receivers. Looked very sharp. The defense allowed 38 rushing yards in 34 attempts, according to the PA News. The SF stadium was nice, but smallish, and reminded me of many 4A or large 3a stadiums that I've seen, with a small scoreboard, and sound system that requires old guys like me to have to listen closely, in order to make out what's being said.. Small band and drill team, but good, like most of the others we've seen this season, except for Dayton, which has a large band like PNG. They share PNGs fight song and school song tunes, and when they played it the PNG fans would stand and clap as though it was PNG band playing it. Overall the SF team appears to be a good well coached team, but small and over matched last night.

His kids bought in real quick. SS hit a HR getting Faircloth.

Was at most of the game and Buna played hard and has a tough group of kids but Anahuac has a pretty good team this year. Their freshman qb can spin it and they run a system that fits their personnel. Hope they can go a few rounds deep in the playoffs.

Memorial can for sure pull it off. If you’re a competitor and you lose a game like tonight…knowing you should’ve won. It leaves a bitter taste and you’re gonna be ready for the next one. No doubt….the players will be ready. The question is..will that staff be??

I don’t care what anyone says. If you give ANY credit to that offensive play calling. You need to stop watching football and find another sport. I hate to even call them out because I understand it’s a job and well…you hope that they try to do their best…. But tonight…they got punched in the mouth got dazed and forgot how to call a game. Coldspring always plays Diboll tough regardless of records or rankings. It’s a good friendly rivalry.
