I just posted a score projection from Calpreps on this game, to keep people on this site instead of going to other sites. It's just a post on what the expert computer analytics football guys had on the outcome of the game. Different posters have been posting predictions from Calpreps on setxsports forums for years & you are the 1st person I have ever seen in 12 years get their feelings hurt over it. Calm down, find you a safe place to go, nothing offensive towards any team was stated or any forum rules were broken that i am aware of.

Yep. Basically 2300 tickets were sold in the first 24 hours. I know folks that won't commit to go anywhere, much less a Friday night out of town ball game, until at least mid-week. My guess is that the PNG side of stadium will be nearly full.

The way FBM handled Lake Creek was a big surprise to me. And I still don't believe those two teams are 37 points apart. But matchups can be funny things. Huge credit to Marshall for a brilliant win but I just don't think the spread has much bearing on what happens Friday. With high school kids the 4th round in December is usually quite different than what happened back in September. Plus the neutral site will bring the teams closer together. Seems to me the spread should be more like 9. And it might just come down to the one that scores last wins.

That is what I was talking about. Usually if a am making something for the first time, I follow a known recipe almost exactly. I might then tweak it or experiment with it later. With this CG I used about 3 different ones in a kind of mix and match and didn’t measure anything.

That's a fair challenge. Many have become spoiled by Texan Live or whatever. But still, I bought tickets and plan to be at the game for support, but also because TL is just not the same as being there.

They are unbeaten, but their schedule is trash. The big guys get penalized for playing top teams. Gonzaga is 5-2 but their pre conference schedule will match up with anyone.

I agree. He is a solid player for Warren. Only thing I noticed tonight is he doesn't drop step to his left side enough. Always goes to the right. He could have had 30 tonight had he took advantage of his left side.

How about “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” Too late for that one though. Bottom line is that not everyone is built to be a HC. If you can’t convey to your players what you want them to do, then let someone who can, take the lead.

I don’t think lack of hunger or off-season expectations were the issue with LCM. Sometimes, you either have the tools or you don’t. Same goes for Lumberton moving forward. Although, I hope they can keep it up.

This is going to be a bad decision on the FBM coach for not wanting to play in a bigger stadium. Not only will he have to deal with fans on the other side but will have to also deal with PN fans on his side. Let’s go Indians!!!!!!

I was only in high school at the time, but I believe PNG was not supposed to beat La Marque in the 4th round in 1999. I don't know if La Marque was a heave favorite, but it felt like it was the way people talked about them. FBM seems to be a heavy favorite on paper and their defense seems to be pretty stingy, but there's a reason they play the game. Maybe a repeat from 1999 for the good ole Indians.

I know what FBM is capable of, however, I also know what our Indian Football team is capable of. We will need to play phenomenal defense, we can score on anyone if we execute our offense. Miller is a great player, but I thought the Tech kid had very good coverage on him much of the night...Miller's first TD I think he did have a step on him, but Brisbane led him perfectly to let Miller go get it w/the step advantage... That 2nd TD was outstanding coverage, it was just a great throw into a tight window....I really enjoyed watching those two go at it.....two outstanding players

Very interesting rematch. I was at that last matchup in 2018 with Whittington for Gobblers and Taylor for Tigers putting in work. This game has a whole new group of stars who are ready to make a name for themselves. I think this Tiger group is stronger on the offensive end. I haven’t seen Cuero this year, but I like Silsbee by 2 scores…
