I haven't really spent any time in the political thread in a couple of weeks, but I thought surely there would be a lively thread on George Santos. Boy was I wrong. Would love to see it, Offense has been a problem the past two seasons, particularly at tailback. If we can put a couple of big time threats back there, we might have a shot. A lot would have to go right.

I think 5AD2 is pretty weak on our side of the state right now. I'd take FB Marshall or PNG to put that district back in the state title game.

This district does Wed./Sat. do to getting game officials. Several Houston area districts have to do this in order to get game officials. Started doing this a few years ago. They do this in first half of district play. Second half usually goes back to Tuesday/Friday but we will see.

Also, here is something interesting. I believe that Nederland residents are better educated. The percentage of the residents having a bachelor's degree are more than Port Neches and Groves. Does anyone agree with that? Although it mainly does not matter because many residents work in the petrochemical industry which may not require such degree.
