If he wins the nomination, ANY Democrat beats him worse than they did last time. The fact that he's leading in polls this early is not a reason to celebrate... It's a terrible omen. We already know that the he will drive Dems to vote against him like no other candidate in our history, and if by some chance a different Republican wins the nomination, a huge number of Trump's crybaby election deniers will refuse to vote for the Republican nominee... Either way, Trump's presence in the race assures a Dem President will be elected in 2024. Nobody that voted against Trump has "learned their lesson." They still hate him and WILL vote against him again. The only question is who will get their vote-because Trump certainly won't.

Bc fans have earned a reputation for being over-the-top, especially in baseball. I think it was ‘18 when our baseball got knocked out of the playoffs on a “bad call.” A solid pitch that would have been a called strike to end the game was called a ball… the opponents then scored to win on the next pitch. The only problem is that our fans had been in the umpire’s ear BRUTALLY all night long. Yeah, you might have made your point, but all you did was guarantee that the ref wasn’t going to give us the benefit of the doubt on a close one. The verbal assault all game long was terrible, and I’m confident it affected the ump’s performance, and not in a positive way.

Yes, we see voter fraud still alive and well in Arizona. I personally don't think DeSantis could beat Trump in a primary. It would be best that he wait for 2028. One area that Trump would have an advantage would be on the issues. Every issue that came up Trump can say I have already dealt with that as President. But, with that being said -- I will vote for whoever the Republican nominee is. And, YES, Trump won 2020! Trump 2024!

I'm in agreement to an extent. Luckily, I've not been in that situation. I would caution though that after the robbery, who's to say he doesn't shoot any/all of the eyewitnesses. As I get older, I can't see myself shooting someone to death if they are stealing my truck already backing out of my driveway. If they breach my house, I can see myself emptying the clip. There are definitely varying degrees as to my expected response to a robber/burglar.

I told him it was really great, and thinking back on it now, that particular game may have been the best officiated game I've seen so far this season. So, I asked where the officials were from because I had not seen them before Tuesday night. These particular guys were from near College Station.

I don’t disagree. I have seen enough occasions where the robber panicked and shot people or killed witnesses. If I am the victim of a robbery, I am worried about the weapon he is carrying, not the cash. An example is an executed prisoner from Port Arthur. Touchy fouls always annoy me. I hate having to listen to the fans on the other side of the gym screaming that Silsbee is playing dirty, then sarcastically cheer when they finally get a call.

That goes from basketball too and it annoys the heck out of me. Some schools are the worst. i will say that for a while (and I don’t know if he still does), a particular Hs Coach was using an out of area chapter and those honestly were some of the best officiated games I’ve seen. However, they were also the most annoying because people were screaming for fouls (in the opponent’s fans’ section of which I was a part) on every single possession. In reality they were just witnessing great defense and the officials weren’t calling every touch (as they shouldn’t). While I do believe a great number of the officials in our area are admittedly subpar, many of the fans are worse to the point it makes it cringy to sit and watch a game.

That’s my issue. Why is it so bad in our area? Even the ones that are supposed to be the best veteran officials are mediocre at best. I don’t expect them to be college officials that I am used to seeing. But I don’t see why they are so much worse than almost every other HS region I’ve seen. I understand Houston has more people to pull from but they also have more games to cover. And I don’t expect them to be perfect. I doubt there has ever been a perfectly called game in the history of basketball. But at least be competent and know the rules.

I agree with Lumberton winning again next year. Our QB had a strong season so I look for him to be even better! I’m already excited for the season!

When people see the entire video, they typically seem kind of shocked. It is then that they understand what people are talking about. Like I have said (and most people), it doesn’t bother me that a robber was killed. If the shooter put 4 or more rounds into his back and he died from those wounds, oh well. No matter, it is still wrong to shoot a person after he is clearly out of the fight.

Why so much focus on how this one player is guarded and what his results are. This is a very solid team with many good pieces. If they can keep improving on different parts of their team, they can make a very deep run. Maybe even accomplish some things that no other Bobcat team has done.

They will be back, young and inexperience team this year. Might have something even better than the player you mentioned, got a freshman starting on varsity (#11) and putting up good numbers. Definitely have a good shot on him, can knock down the 3 ball. The player you mentioned was at best average in shooting the 3 ball, most of his points came from FT, attacking the basket and outlet layups. #11 definitely a district MVP candidate his Junior and Senior years, might even break some school records in the meantime.

It doesn’t seem like it’s a coaching issue ,he’s getting attempts and he’s playing pretty well so I don’t know if this comment has any relevancy!!!!
