50$ for the folks who want everything is a still a very good deal...for those that don't want it they still have the option to go out and purchase the magazine only....the streaming service for us is doing incredibly well, offering the bundle was a major request the past two years for us and the bump in subscriptions has been significant and I think we are happy with that change based on customer feedback. I do think if we ever exit retail 100% I think there will be an option online to purchase the magazine only, it'll clearly be more expensive than purchasing in the store because shipping costs would be baked in...there will of course be negative feedback if we ever did exit retail and I think like anything it'll be a cost benefit analysis that will need to be done before that ever happens Eventually the bundle will top fifty bucks...its just inflation and the cost of everything including the cost of doing business going up....

How about this novel idea: Combine both Beaumont schools and then that will pretty much equal the enrollment of NS. Then they would be one of the big dogs in the District. But, again, this comes with a caveat: They must not allow who has been selecting the coaches to continue. Although Beaumont will always have the athletes, this, along with a large enrollment, won't matter if bad coaches are in charge.

I agree. WOS’s defensive ends out of the 50 for all those years were great athletes that were nothing more than linebacker type kids. WOS can run the 3-4 as well as the did the 50. That’s what they were running half the year against those spread teams anyway. The more crucial question is can they coach it, and out the kids in the right position? Last year they did not. Far from it.

It’s not really geographically possible for too much of that…about the only teams that would work out is like deweyville and sabine pass or something,we already all know where that’s headed…they can’t afford what we would want to charge

Actually, I'm more fond of Durley/Levias Stadium. Yes I know the stadium on the West Brook campus is named after Alex Durley. But it no longer has varsity football games played there. I also get naming rights and the dollars that can be used for the school district. That's a very good thing. Just as long those dollars don't end up padding someone's personal pocket.

Renting the event center is a good point you make and one I hadn’t considered so I could see that, but the stadium I don’t know. PNG thought the same thing what about 10-12 years ago when they built their new stadium, that they could host playoff games there and get a cut or the gate revenue. But to date I don’t think it’s been used as much as they had hoped for other than for a few first round games for teams in this area. The geographical area of this part of the state makes it inconvenient for teams away from SETX to travel here. I’m not disagreeing with you, i get what your saying, and I hope it works out for them.
