You are wrong about so many things. Let me list a few: You sound like a racist and a bigot You are the one who has no clue on what it takes to have a successful football program (spoiler alert: it starts with the coach) People like you are the ones that complain and gripe and are just as detrimental to a football program as anything else I'm going to stop there... Plenty more to list with the more posts you make though...4 points -

Final stats Score by quarters 1 2 3 4 F OF 12 6 13 15 46 Kountze 16 9 9 21 55 FT OF 4/8 50% Kountze 16/24 66% (went 12/14 down the stretch and made last 8 FT) 3 Point OF 6/20 33% Kountze 3/20 15% Rebounds OF 30 Kountze 30 Turnovers OF 28 Kountze 13 Fouls OF 14 Kountze 10 I don't have the shooting percentages from the field for both teams but I would guess neither team shot better than 30% overall. You can look at this game two ways. If Orangefield cuts down on turnovers they have a real good shot at winning this game. But, if Kountze would have converted on those turnovers by shooting the ball better, they probably win this game by 20+.3 points -

True statements, but Nederland aren't really missing any kids that can truly help, maybe two or three that won't make a huge difference in outcomes of the game. There may be some Dads in here who kids aren't playing that feel a type of way, but the talent pool just isn't there. They're some Basketball players that could help right away, but they only play Basketball, which I hear is encouraged by the Head BB Coach! The AD will have to change that and emphasize to ALL coaches that he wants his athletic program having multi-sport athletes as a requirement. Something Barrow didn't really harp on. I do believe a 180 degree change in culture, and getting out of the prehistoric ways of athletics is concerned can/will change things. But it will take about 4-5 years or maybe longer for a long run in the playoffs.2 points

What specifically am I wrong about!? Go check them out at camp fun, or walk the hallways during transition an tell me I'm wrong. Some people have no clue on what it takes to win at the level PNG is winning right now. Can Nederland improve from how awful they've been the last few years? Yes, but they WILL NOT make deep runs in the playoffs with the kids they have up front!! Smh, people acting like Nederland is a coach away from going to State haha what a joke. Until Nederland emphasize kids to be multi sport athletes, Skill positions running Track and Lineman participating in Powerlifting as well as get some quality Big kids moving in to the school instead of kids who can't speak English then they will have a HUGE hurdle/hurdles to get over.2 points

Yeah I’m not taking anything away from the Bobcats… I think I predicted Kountze by 9 or 10… But as AAW stated… Kountze forced 27 turnovers… most people would say Kountze should’ve won by 20 with those numbers… but like I’ve said many times on here… The Bobcats are good.2 points -

It's the only thing keeping me from going tomorrow night. Got to get up early Saturday for grand son's little dribbler game and birthday party. I have seen Central Heights but not PC. Think I'll try to catch PC when they come to Woodville or Hemphill. I have seen Nac and Lufkin and it's pretty early in district play for them. Right now, I'm leaning towards Coldspring at Onalaska or WO-S at Bridge City.1 point -

I don’t think it’s a person but the inside power players of the DNC. I have said it before, but it’s probably too late for anyone to get in many of the primaries and start campaigning. Super Tuesday is coming up in about six weeks. I have a hard time believing they are going to stand by and let Biden run again. If he gets a majority of the delegates however, with virtually no one running against him in the primaries, he can then give them away. Biden (not actually him) will send all of his pledged votes to the DNC’s choice. When? When Biden has the votes to gain the nomination or nearly so. Biden will come out and say that he’s had a change of heart or that he doesn’t feel up to it or even that he promised 4 years ago that he would only be a one term president and has now decided to stick by his word. That will lock out anyone getting into the race, except who the DNC wants. Harris? Newson? I think that it will have to be Gavin Newsom. Behind the scenes there’s going to be a lot of finger pointing and arguing to push Harris to the front of the ticket but eventually it won’t happen. She would have to refuse to debate or risk looking like a cackling hen on stage. Newsom can actually debate. I won’t like about 98.7% of what he says but he can at least string an intelligible sentence together. But there could be an outlier like Michelle Obama. Remember that Hilary Clinton became a senator from New York and eventually Secretary of State having no experience except being the wife of a president.1 point

Trump Wins Iowa Caucus In Landslide!
thetragichippy reacted to bullets13 for a topic
It's interesting... a year ago it looked like DeSantis was going to be the heir apparent to Trump. Then he got in his own way and started acting like Trump in a bid to win Trump fan support, and in doing so lost the support of everyone else. It definitely appears at this point Trump is a shoo-in for the nomination. Hopefully people are fed up enough with Biden to either vote for Trump or at least not show up to the polls.1 point -
records are window dressing. you sell yourself with your plan (prep, process, vision, community building and relationship etc.) Lot of great coaches with bad records, lots of bad coaches with good records as well. You try to find the ones "doing it the right way" for your best chance at success1 point

District was down last year, except PNG. Ned is down. New head coach & staff will have to change the whole mentality of the program from the bottom up & get all players\parents\community to be 100% all in with the new regime. Thats what i mean about bottomed out. You may be right that Nederland is not bottomed out. They have some talent coming back & some talent coming up from the 9th & 8th grade groups. It will take alot of hard work & time to get to png level tho1 point
-
NHS409 is speaking facts. Whoever takes the Nederland job has to rebuild the program from the ground up, that will take a few years to get back to competing for district titles & making decent playoff runs. The district Ned gets put in will be a factor also1 point
