Let’s be honest. Trump’s supporters are just like those sports parents that we all hate. You know, the ones who will overlook all of their kid’s shortcomings and deficiencies, demanding that their kid be made the qb. They’d rather lose with their kid under center than win.

I personally would have loved a different candidate. I personally would have loved to see someone “electable” and someone that is more of a centrist.
