  1. Putting Jacob Hunter was just a mistake, by the person who did the superlatives....its not the writer didnt have a clue, because I wrote the capsule for Woodville personally...if you dont think I have a clue that's OK but I feel like I have at least some sort of clue on things

  2. Good morning from beautiful New Orleans, Louisiana. Football is pretty ramping around here too just like it was in my 40 years of coaching in Southeast Texas but I am waiting on my Texas Football magazine. Does anyone know when the early subscribers will get them in the mail? I’ll plan on watching some Louisiana football this fall as I work seven days a week, and then I’ll watch it on national Federation of high school all the Southeast Texas football. I always cheer for everything, Texas, Louisiana because I’m the crazy guy. I’m a UT graduate my son graduate from A&M and I had four players play at LSU in the 90s. I like the Texans and the Saints and I am a Cowboys fan since the mid 60’s even though it ain’t looking good with Jerry doing Jerry. Can you smell it, early morning, humidity, wet grass, it’s almost time ! Arnway Nepomora! coachbear the urban farmboy

  3. Not sure if that is accurate or not but it is difficult for anyone to discern the difference between the teams that are potentially decent but nothing special. Woodville falls into that category. I am sure that DCTF got the same information that everyone else has. WV is probably ranked where they are under the assumption that they may gain an advantage by dropping a classification.

  5. We actually use a computer model for the pre-season state rankings, once the season begins we use the human element for state rankings. Everyone has opinions on rankings and that's fine, I promise you I do more homework than most. I didnt get to the place I'm at today by being wrong most of the time.

Democrats and the media never want to deal with this one.

  7. Agree, and the player to be named later will most certainly be as bad for the country as Biden.

  9. Here’s the bigger problem, as I see it. Trump didn’t look great at that debate, either, but the optics were heavily in his favor because Biden did HORRIBLE. Does anybody on the right want to see President Newsome? Because he’s up by somewhere near 15 points over Trump in current polling. Biden may be terrible, but the majority of Americans don’t want Trump. If there’s an option that isn’t Biden, Trump is in big trouble. I was astounded that 33% of people polled felt like Biden won the debate. I was like “what the hell were you watching,” then I had a little bit of a revelation. Somebody on X (formerly known as Twitter) tweeted that they would “vote for Biden’s head in a jar” before they’d ever vote for Trump. If the Ds give people an option, they’re gonna take it. It’s a long ways to November.

Valdez had a horrible start……inning from hell. Bats bailed him out.

  11. Just when you think things can’t get worse. Corey Seagar was hit in the wrist with a fastball. Immediately walked off the field. Reminds me of the Josh Jung HBP. 🤬🤬🤬

  13. That is because Virginia attempted to pass a law that allowed a single physician to allow an at birth abortion for as little as the mental health of the mother. I believe the current law reads that three doctors had to concur that there was substantial risk of death to the mother before a third trimester abortion could be performed. The change would have made it up to birth, a single physician signing off on it and as little as the mental health of the mother. It failed but the “want to” was clearly out there from Democrats.

  14. And for what it’s worth, can we stop calling something we don’t agree with “a lie?” That’s literally what people are doing now, media included. If Trump says “I don’t think climate change is that big of a deal, some tree hugger will yell “he’s a liar!” And the talking heads will put another tic mark on the lie list. I saw the other day where some jerk researched trump’s presidency and said “he averaged 21 lies per day.” I agree that he’s a liar, but come on… 21 per day? They’re like “…then Trump said Biden is doing a bad job… another lie.”
