  2. By and large most presidential addresses I have watched no matter what side the President was from all congress people were generally cordial. There are outliers from both camps but MTG acting a fool at one of Biden's addresses is not equivalent to what went on last night. What the world saw yesterday was an entire group that could not show an ounce of humility when a 13 year old boy that has survived brain cancer is introduced and given an honorary membership. Pelosi could not stop grinding her gums and wondering where her next drink was. To be clear, I am not outraged, I could really care less because every time these petulant little kids (liberal congress people) throw their tantrums more voters are pushed to our side. With midterms in the not so distant future, I hope Al Green does more Al Green stuff and the women in pink that support boys in girls sports keep pushing their transgender ideology. The grown-ups in the room will continue negotiating an end to the Ukrainian War, working on bolstering the economy, uncovering the money laundering and misuse of taxpayer money .

You saw that too?! My wife found the episode much more interesting than my history lesson of the Four Horsemen of HD…

    House Votes

To censure Al Green for interrupting congress. Democrats respond by interrupting congress. All liberals should be proud of their childish leaders. There is hope….10 democrats voted to censure. [Hidden Content]

  7. Unfortunately, I will not be able to update these next two games. Hopefully someone else @bullets13 can take over for these two games.

  8. In the old system, Perrin-Whitt would have faced Jayton in state semifinals. So technically, they still would have made state tourney from 80 years ago. Valley would have saw Jayton in Regional finals.

  9. This is a surprisingly entertaining game. If it weren't for the height Perrin would run away with it.

  10. I agree. If you are to have split divisions, then having divisional districts like football is the best and only way to go.

  11. I don't disagree with you there. but less than a month ago Perrin-Whitt beat Bryson 53-49. Bryson beat #21 and #12 in the last week to get here. I think in general there's just a large discrepancy in 1A between the top handful of teams and everyone else. Jayton won their state semi in an unsplit playoff by 40 last year. I dunno. No arguing this is ugly, though.

  14. Last night proved the democrats are the party of hate and division. Democrats are a waste of space on this Earth!

To be fair, after watching a true crime show with the wife last week, things have actually improved at Hull Daisetta. At least they don’t still have principals murdering coaches for stealing their secretary girlfriends. So kudos may actually be in order as opposed to suspensions…

  16. I don't like the divisions, but if they want to do it right, they need to bring back the Texas Cup 1A used to have. 1A DI & DII Champs would face off for ultimate bragging rights. Lose the Texas Cup? Still state champs, but win and you are undisputed...

  17. They need to create a 7A or something - The scores were very lopsided! Couldn't have been that fun to watch.

  18. From the outside looking in….why would you fault anybody leaving GCCISD with the problems you listed above?? BH, La Porte, Deer Park etc..voters aren’t the ones voting down the GCCISD bond proposals or voting in ineffective leadership..its your own people doing that…GCCISD and the citizens within have got to get their own house in order to stop the exodus of students and athletes to surrounding districts…as a parent you’d be doing your child a disservice not sending them to a “better” district (if the option is available)than what GCCISD is offering these days…

  19. Yeah, right, like folks on here can’t read your prior posts. With friends like these… I mean, it’s not like we in Baytown don’t support BH. GCCISD sends BH 100 students a year by way of transfer. That’s twice as many as we send North Shore, Deer Park, and La Porte. I wonder how many of those 100 a year end up in the BH football program? Not just talking about High School transfers either. I’m talking about how many BH players are Jr High transfers out of GCCISD too. Don’t believe me? Read it yourself.
