Positives: Took 3 out of 4 from the redsox to win the first series of the season. deGrom pitched 5 scoreless innings in his season debut. (75 pitch pitch count) Adolis is seeing the ball well. Negative’s: Josh Jung is already on the IL. Josh Smith missed a game because of a quad injury from running into the fence.2 points -

Been told seating is the same (10,000) because it had to fit in the same footprint. District didn’t want to buy more land. Prudent move. The horseshoe allows for the bigger/UIL regulation track setups and press box while keeping the seating the same. I think it’s a pretty unique setup for a high school stadium. I really like it as well.1 point -

A couple offensive adjustments probably would have got us a score or 2. Those scores might have shifted the momentum of the game. That's what shifted the momentum the game before except it was a defensive score1 point -

Has Franklin ever beat any of those teams without a “vertical passing game”? WV was “not going to beat a team like Gunter” because Gunter had better players. The WV coaches just completed the best season in the history of Woodville. There was no offense known to man that would have changed the outcome of the Championship game for WV.1 point -
