3.

Kinda new....Whats the deal with this SMITTY character?
He has been calling out the d coordinator at nederland for a few years now saying he needs to get fired.  Now for some reason Smitty is nowhere to be found except for the Political Forum.  ;)
That's not all. He loves to rag on PN-G for building a new stadium and seems hellbent on keeping new schools out of Nederland. Not to mention that he starts some of the craziest threads in the political forum (even as a conservative, I think he's a little out there).
 4.
Best game in district.  8)
That could be debated. PN-G lost to Nederland 24-21. That's the most anyone's scored on Nederland in district (maybe all season, not sure), and it happens to be Mid-County Madness. If it weren't for a failed fourth and inches conversion, the game may have gone to PN-G.
 5.

If Vidorians have the best D in the district how come they have a L in distict...
Were you at the Vidor Nederland game? No i don't think you were so you honestly can't say much about that "L" in our district game. Anyone who was at that game knows full well that we gave Nederland the best game they have had this year and we gave them that game with our LEADING RUSHER at the time out of the game. Not taking anything away from Nederland. They did what they needed to do to win. But IMO they got lucky and if Nederland and Vidor met again it would be a different outcome.
I'm pretty sure Barbers Hill gave Nederland their best game so far this year. ;D
 6.
As for PNG and Nederland, it's just shows intelligence that neither school as their homecoming with that game. It sells out anyways. Gives them an opportunity to sell the home side out for another game.
Like that doesn't happen for the other games at PN-G anyways. ;D
 7.
I dare png or Nederland to play each other for homecoming. Mid county would be in an uproar.
Nah, you don't want us to blow up. Half the nation's refining capacity would be gone and we'd take the rest of the Golden Triangle with us. ;D
We were Vidors homecoming last year...Loved the show, very entertaining! They will be ours this year!
Vidor has the best homecoming show in the state. We need to keep them for homecoming.
 8.
Man the state of texas would blow up if UT scheduled a&m for homecoming. It's something you just don't do. Just like last year when WB scheduled Memorial.  ;)
;D
 9.
Or you know the band Director is that old lol.
Bingo.

 11.
my point proven....png=Pouting N' Griping....they can call other towns "little" , but when you put the same shoes on their feet...Pouting N' Griping ;D
Maybe you misread. I never called the other towns little, I just pointed out a folly in your logic. Makes you wonder who's really doing the "pouting 'n griping." ;)
 12.
Is the glass half full or half empty?
I tend to be a "half full" kind of guy, but my view isn't what matters. It's the coaches' views that matter, and I can guarantee that they see room for improvement and will have the Indians ready for every game the rest of the season. They turned us around from a worse record last year to take us on our deepest playoff run since we went to state in '99. They haven't disappointed yet and I, for one, don't think they'll disappoint now.
 13.
So i guess the little group known as png = Pouting N' Griping...just saying...smack talk as it was called earlier.
"Little" group? When has Lumberton ever outnumbered us? When has any 20-4A school outnumbered us? ;D
 14.

Trashy? Wow tell us how you really feel. Why do you think that?
Just remember....Karma's a B buddy.  Get used to everyone outside of mid county routing against you purple thugs.  Even in the playoffs.
Obviously. Look at yours. ;D PN-G wanted this game badly. Our second string ran the ball non-stop and was still able to put points on the board. That doesn't make PN-G classless, it just means the Indians were all around the better team. Congrats, Indians, and good luck, Raiders. On another note, I don't think PN-G needs to assume it's going to "slap" anybody. Yes, we handed Lumberton a blowout. Lumberton's given LC-M and Vidor some very competitive games, but that doesn't translate to an automatic win for the Indians. Remember, Vidor only lost to Nederland by three points and Ned just beat Livingston. Granted, there are a couple rivalry games in there, so scores aren't as telling as they normally are, but that's still proof that we shouldn't be counting unhatched chickens. I'm almost positive our coaching staff isn't; I just hope our players aren't, either.
Lets see, Crosby, Livingston, Nederland.  Not use to losing games to these foes, although Ned's fans would disagree with me.
We lost to a well-armed Crosby by one point and Nederland by three against what is almost undoubtedly the best defense in the district. Our only big loss was to the offensive powerhouse that is Livingston, and even the Livingston fans will tell you that the game was closer than the score indicates (we matched them point for point until the fourth quarter). We've taken some hard knocks, but we haven't been slapped around.
Big statement ? :-\  That you can beat an 0-5 team ? PNG is trashy
Thats what i'm saying. Not much of a statement.
LCM 27 Lumberton 25 Vidor 30 Lumberton 26 PNG 50 Lumberton 10 3rd Qtr
And that's from a Nederland fan. ;)
 16. He's talking about a history page they used to have on here. I don't know what happened to it. It was taken down, but I could never find out why. It was a valuable resource, too.

 19. I just want to clarify something real quick. Per a very reliable source, the OF kids that died in that tragedy were not coming home from a party in Port Neches, or anywhere else in Mid-County. If they were ever at the party in question (which I doubt providing my information is correct, and I find it hard to believe otherwise), they had left long before the car accident. In any case, I think it's time for this conversation to end. I agree that kids need to be taught about consequences and that examples like these should be used to convince them to think twice, but an argument on an internet message board does nothing to that end and many of the persons in question are minors.
 20.
Funny how the team that wins is suddenly classless. I was in the stands and heard no boos except for the holding call that cost us a TD. PNG fans are no different than anyone else's. If it appears that the game is over, they will leave. So do all other team's fans. Big deal.
baddog, I'm not saying all of Nederland is classless because I don't believe that, but the Ned student section did boo our school song. They do it every time Ned plays at PN-G (although never when we play in Nederland). It's something we've had to tell underclassmen to ignore in band.
 21.
Outside of PNG, people really don't consider you guys anything special.
Yeah, you're right. I guess the guy who put together the Texas High School Football exhibit at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum was a PN-G grad.... ;D
 22.
LOL.  Pot calling the kettle there.
Don't be so sure of yourself.
 23.
Kind of like you posting the same thing on the PNG site, including instructions on how to vote multiple times?
You really want to know where I got those instructions from? In any case, that didn't come from multiple votes. It would've taken at least a thousand votes (probably more) to pull that off and there's no way Nederland got it in 15 minutes. Anyone with any understanding of the computer and a little common sense knows that this had to be way bigger than that for such a radical shift to occur in such a short period of time.
