[/quote] The Spurger fans and the Spurger Pirates basketball team will never eat crow!!  This group of young men and the coaches did an outstanding job representing Spurger High School and the town of Spurger.  We all are VERY PROUD of what you have accomplished.......keep up the good work and we will see you again next year in Austin!

    This Spurger Pirates basketball team is an awesome group of young men!  They put their heart and soul into each game.  The coaches have done an excellent job in leading the team this year.  Just remember.........believe in yourself and each other..........and go to Austin, take care of business and bring that trophy back to Spurger!  YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
