Did anybody else watch UFC 72 Saturday? I would have to say that the two hyped fights, were probably the two most boring fights I have ever seen . Should have known it was gonna be that way though based on the card that UFC put out for 72. Glad I didnt have to shell out the money for that one .

i was watching the game but turned it off in the 12th because i had to leave. what a waste of 5 hours to not get to see the ending

PNG . After seeing their all purple clad fans pack the Dome for the championship game against Stephenville some years back, I dont think I could say anyone else. Vidors fans arent bad either to support their team the way they have over the years despite having a team like they have had .

Cal St. Fullerton and UC Irvine tied 4-4 in the top of the 8th in an elimination game.

I would have to agree . 3-7 will be a very good year for yall .

Anyone know of any upcoming tourneys in our area? I know there is one in Nederland in a few weeks that we are playing in, but other than that one Im not aware of any others anytime soon.

Oregon St leas Cal St Fullerton 3-2 top of the 9th. The defending champs are looking like they may be a tough out. Nobody thought they would be back here this year seeing as how they were a 3 seed in the regional.

That was a great game. Just hope that Rice doesnt shut down the next few games like they did last year.

The Raiders may win some non district games but when it comes to district time, it will be the same old story . Near the bottom of the district and NO playoffs once again.

10-9 Louisville leads Rice end of the 7th. C mon Owls, nice comeback thus far, just put up a few more runs in the last 2 innings.

Dayton will more than likely win the district again with Central probably finishing in 2nd. The winner of the LCM - Nederland game will get the last playoff spot in my opinion. I dont see any of the other 4 teams in the district competing with the top 4 teams this year.

Louisville up 10-4 in the top of the 5th, didnt see this happening at all. Three longballs for the Cards already. So much for Rice having one of the best pitching staffs in the country.

Oh and my co ed team , the Grizzlies, in the lower division, will probably finish near the bottom, Stix and Chix looked pretty good from what I saw last week. We play them this Monday so I guess I will get an upclose look. And I think that Brad on the Fury will have the lowest batting average in the league this year ;D

FURY will take the lower division this year no doubt. We better do it this season because it will be off to the upper in the fall. And we play Thursday nights if anyone on here wants to talk a little trash.

to say that Dayton is undersized and not fast is crazy, like the guy before me said, all you have to do is look at the QB, hes huge and they are extremely fast , every time we would run to the outside it would seem the whole team was already over there waiting on our RB, Dayton is a solid team and I really dont think that Central has much of a chance to beat them this week

ill admit that i dont think we will win, but there is no way we will get blown out, our defense is way too good to not keep this game close, even if we lose we will still be in great shape to make the playoffs with the remaining schedule

sorry but that is a bit of a joke to have PNG ranked so much higher than LCM, yea they are 3-2 while we are 2-3, but if you look we havent exactly lost to bad teams,(WOS, Central, and Caney Creek, say what you want bout them but they beat Waller this week ) ,after a 42-0 beating you cant think that last weeks loss by PNG was just a fluke
