No one is more deserving than Mr.Croak to have a stadium named after him. He was one of the MOST respected individuals in Vidor that I know. His death was sudden and suprising. In case anyone wants to know, due to how "Butch" died, his brother Pete had a stress test last week and had triple bypass surgery today. Pete is well known and very respected and I thought that this should be told.

Very smart statement!!!!!! Maybe, just maybe, Vidor, PN-G and LC-M individuals might want to sit back in their lazy boys, read the Beaumont Enterprise and drink a big cup of be quiet and listen to what has been said. All you doubters need to stop talking crap and lat these boys, along with the rest of the teams in southeast texas, play their games and let it all be decided on the field instead of parents, adults, and students not playing the game run their mouths and start more crap for others ( piratefan ) to respond to!!!!!!!!!!

I saw some Dayton coaches at the game this evening. I sure hope you enjoyed what you saw as far as what went on the field!!! In all seriousness, I know I tend to run my mouth a little too much for some's taste and for others entertainment ( piratefan ), but I want to wish all from Dayton good luck next week and I hope I speak for all from Lumberton.

Anyone hear about one of the BC players that broke his leg? Co-worker said it must have been bad cause they stopped play for about thirty minutes waiting for a ambulance.

The Jasper/Gilmer championship game at SFA stadium. I kept telling the family when Jasper would get down by three touchdowns, we would leave and go home. I stayed to the end and left to a 49-47 final. THE BEST GAME I EVER WITNESSED!!!!!!

I'm also going to say that the WO-S/Nederland games always were special, don't ask me why considering we also played PN-G. Seemed like we were always more worried about the bulldogs more than the indians.
