If 4-5 from BH play College Ball next year somebody must have helped them get recruited. College coaches don’t just listen to parents about their kids. I have heard many college coaches say that the amount of video they get from kids alone is unbelievable. They wann talk to the HS coach. Of course TXFOOTBALL55. Is blind to all this.

If I saw it correct BH had a kid sign with Incarnate Word. Sure others will sign come February with other schools. Didn’t know BH had a lot of scholarship players walking the halls. Saw where #4 Dallas Family Faith won the BH Gulf Coast Classic. If I am not mistaken.... they have some big wins over top schools in Dallas Area

Haven’t seen Episcopal but I would bet they are very competitive. Channelview is athletic. I have seen them 3 or 4 times this year. If teams can handle their pressure then they will struggle to score consistently. Transition offense is there strong suit.

Good representation for Setex in the rankings. Gonna be some awesome games in the area come January.

Unbelievable man. The fact that the young men from Newton get to learn things from him that they can take with them for the rest of their life makes me smile . Forget X’s and O’s. Learning about how to live your life the right way is the ultimate lesson. Coach Johnson is the ultimate leader of young men. Looks like the district race will be interesting. 3 very good teams in BH, PA and NED. Home wins are a must if you wanna contend.

Any of those freshmen moved up to JV or Varsity? Or did they keep them together on the freshman team?

Fair assessment... Memorial has a chance to win any game in this District by double digits. Based in what I have kept up with. PA and BH at this moment are the top 2 teams in the District . Haven’t seen much in Nederland other than what I read on here. Basically it is PA , BH, Nederland and then the rest of the district. Dayton is the cellar dweller. They are beyond bad this year .

Have you seen both teams this year? I do know that these two teams met in 1st round of playoffs last year. According to roster BH is loaded with Seniors. I’m guessing those guys played last year in the playoff game.

How is that? Just curious. You have the #10 ranked team vs. the #19 team. Looking at Maxpreps both have played a very tough schedule.

BH vs. Port Arthur Memorial should be a doozy.
