Play calling sucked, bad snaps,and such. Why can you guys give your coaching staff some credit. Seems to me from reading about your team and looking at your record this year and past years that the staff at Barbers Hill does a good, if not great job with your kids. Many teams would love to be 5-0 with your so called bad play calling and such. Good luck to your team for the rest of the year and run the table in your district.

Huntington is one of the worst football teams in 3A and most likely in the state as well. West Hardin rolls in this one. The Red Devils struggle every year in football.

There are many great coaches in the great state of Texas who have not won a state title. Just because a coach has not won a title doesn't make him a bad coach. I have no problem with opinions on here, but when you bring names into the mix then I believe it has gone to far. Coaches wives , kids, and even the players they coach on here read this and shouldn't be exposed to negative comments made by people on this board. I am talking to everybody on this board, from Nederland fans , Barbers Hill fans , and West- Orange fans. Keep this a site where honest, productive discussion about football occurs. Powerhouse match-up here. Waller is very large up front and has an aggressive defense. Should be a good test for Nederland. Go Nederland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why all the coach bashing Jody? You sound as if you have been treated wrong by someone on the coaching staff at Barbers Hill. I saw the scrimmage at WOS and I liked the spread offense of Barbers Hill. Haven't caught a game yet and doubt I will since I will be watch my Nederland boys. By the way, Forest Brook seems to have problems on all three phases of their team. Look for them to not be a force in district.
