Now that was real talk.......Going into the season there was a little talking going on in the stands about our skipper,but guess where we are at now....Hey right or wrong there is one thing 4sure....Baseball does not stop at the end of the season....Keep those young talented young men playing ball,there is plenty of baseball in the summer in these neck of the woods...."the Coach"can't do it all,like they say it all starts at home......

Baytown Lee VS FB Austin in a one game series Friday at 7pm at Alvin High school.....Laporte VS FB Clements 3 game series Thur. at Clements Friday and saturday in Laporte.....

Went and gave the Gander boys a work out today on the field......Boys are pumped by the way...I was talking to the guy that goes out to work the boys with me last night...He saying should we hold practice on Mothers day?I was like dang its a trip momma and I were talking and we played select ball tournaments on mothers day weekend for the past 7 years......Damn I'm getting old ;D ;D

I got a quick question,it was a play I saw today at Clear Creek, Fort Bend Austin game......A ball was hit hard and it hit the foul pole in right field.The foul line was like two feet inside the foul line.The ump called it foul what is the call?Do umpires go by the perfectly visable line or the foul pole?

Well guys it looks like Fort Bend Austin got the best of Clear Creek,so the fighting Ganders will face Fort Bend Austin in round two, I will post time and place when I get it......

You sho is not lying 4x4TX,Its seems that way...Not to be saying anything but damn,Lee has not won the district title since 1989 ??? ???And the SUN did'nt even put it on the paper,Lee put it on North Shore with hits everywhere and a 2 run bomb by Mikey Gomez that night and still no paper time......Maybe we need to pick our school up and move it to the North side of I-10,ohhh yea I forgot next year all them schools from the north side of I-10 will be coming over here....GO GANDERS!!!!!

As for the next games that only time will tell,but for tonight I agree with the fat kid from GP with no shirt on when he got moved by the popo's to his side and he held up some keys in the 6th inning and said to PNG side"Time to start the bus it's a long drive back to the reservation"......Hey GCMPats,it was good chatting some baseball with you tonight... ;)
