ECFAN#1

The schedule for SETXsports show the date to be Friday Oct 28, but EC schedule show Thursday Oct 27. Does anyone know which one is correct and if we play on Thursday, Why?

It may come down to the last game of the season Buna and Woodville  if Woodville beats Anahuac. That is a big IF.

Anahuac has a good team. #23, #4 and #42 are some good players. The stats I was looking at was that they only throw the ball 15 times all year and completed 8 of them. When the sweep did not work they had nothing to go to. Good luck with the rest of the season. Hopefully some of the hurt players can come back and help with the rest of the season.

I wanted to see the soph Guillory boy run the ball some. He can run and I think he hungry to run the ball. Collins did a great job coming in and running the ball.

I have to go with the BUCS.

If Anahuac can control the Def line, they will stop Buna's Ace running back. Anahuac's speed will control the outside. I have to go with Anahauc on this one.

If you think Newton is no good you need to put down the pipe and watch. Newton has 6 or 7 kids (#2,4,7,11,15,22,25) that could play on any 3A team no problem. They have a ton of talent and just because they lost to EC does not mean they are not good. Keep you heads up Newton and use that talent where it is needed. Dang this is a tough district.
