The WOS/Jasper playoff game in '97. I think we were at morehead stadium. It was like 35 degrees, raining, and shady. I remember freezing my a** off(being a kicker sucks in cold weather). I remember stealing one of the ball boys mittens to wear. They were green and barely fit my hands. I have pictures from that game with me about to kick off with those mittens on. That had to be the coldest game I had ever played in. I think it was colder then the games i played in Kansas in the snow. :shock: Atleast in kansas, it was sunny. If anyone doesnt know how it is to play in snow, just imagine running through sand with the slop of mud.

Thats right. The only thing I would wish is for the Friday night shows to start later. Sometimes we cant get home in time :cry:

To put my $.02 in, I have to say the schools do make some sort of money off of the media. I am talking about the hype that the media brings to upcoming games. This puts more behinds in the stands, which the school makes money off of. It may be little or big, but a hyped game will get people in the stands that wouldnt normally go to that game or any highschool game. I also know of local stations coming to pep rally's and giving player of the week honors(plaques and such). Ive gotten three or four. That was awesome for me and was better than anyone giving me money(well, depends on the ammount ). Its just IMO something that makes the media nice to have around. Feel free to discuss.
