However, this team is in a completely different level, BC is about to get a very large wake up call. I wish the Cardinals nothing but the best but this game will get ugly very quickly!

You have ZERO clue. WOS, although talent doesnt hurt, wins for one reason. Attitude. With that said, we are raised in West Orange with a certain mindset. That mind set is we will win.....always and will do whatever it takes to do it. I.E. work our butts off year around.You ask any former WOS player that has played College ball. My first College practice was a huge surprise to me. I couldn't believe how lax it was compared to what I came from in H.S. Thought someone was joking or something.

Of what I have seen BG, the two signs going to the stadium(one on Western Ave and the other in Foreman are) have been updated. The water tower added 2015 to the other 2 SC years and the pressbox has a banner. I'm not sure if the big wall in the East end zone has been updated though. I've been trying to make it to practice but haven't had a chance because of work. I will however make 1 or 2 this week to work with someone. TD will know more about the "wall" in the East end zone. Funny thing is that they will have to move some stuff around imo to fit the year/accomplishment. Big sign but full obviously.

There are many former Mustangs that can take the reigns after Thompson retires.....eventually. lol. As long as there isnt a royal screw up, WOS will always be in the hands of WOS, if you know what I mean. Its all about mindset over there!

WOS will never have names on the back of their jerseys, for the same reason there is not a number 1 jersey either.(We start at number 2) All about the team, not the individual. Been that way since WOS started.

That's great to hear there are some young NDN's ready to step up. Even though y'all were a rival when I played, we always respected PNG. Storied program with arguably the best fan support in Texas. Class A program just like WOS.

If it's Mandel King, he's a 4 year starter with a gazillion games under his belt. Actually, let's see.....in 3 years, he has played a total of 46 varsity games. So at the end of the regular season, he will have played and started 56 high school football games. That right there is crazy!!! If they can make another run all the way he will have played 62 Varsity games. That's amazing.

I figured that. From all the "talk" on our boards, PNG's Defense is supposed to be pretty salty. Like I said earlier, this is just a scrimmage so who cares but it gives opportunities to see what side of the ball is closer to being "up to par" first.
