I know him and his family personally and will tell you this, it would be very hard to find a more humble kid than JD3. Especially with all the hype around him. His parents raised him, his brother and sister right!!!

[Hidden Content] Unfortunately, WOS knew that '85 Yates team all too well. If we would have beat them, we would have probably won the 5A SC that year.

I like it!!! Much respect to that coach. Not trying to imply that WOS are world beaters, its just the current situation of playing a defending State Champ that returns pretty much the whole team. That is the type of coach i would want for my kid. Just get better.

I could see Silsbee hosting some of the small school playoffs. Unfortunately, WOS isn't centrally located to anything. I'm not even sure if there has ever been a playoff game held there period.Geographically, we are the most "tucked away in the corner" Highschool in the State.
