Disipline, disipline, disipline. They have none. They have some great talent on that team. Its ashamed of how they have been playing with all of the fan support behind them. A Dominate team is one who brings forth fear out of their opponents. WOS has this. We are known accross the state. Can you say that about Nederland? No offense, but go ask some college coaches, not even in the state of Texas, of who WOS is and who Nederland is. They know West Orange-Stark. I went to Notre Dame the summer of my Senior year. I was wearing our logo shirt. The Notre Dame offensive coordinator asked if I was from West Orange Stark. We have a three headed dragon here. We have the Offense, the amazing Defense, and ultimately the fear factor.

I havent posted on this subject yet, but I respect Jasper and always will. Last night, that team from Jasper was not the same team in week 2. They were good. They gave us all they had. I see the Jasper/WOS matchups of old in the next few seasons. Congrats to Jasper and Brooks. Yall have turned the corner an hopefully will make the playoffs and represent our district well. The future looks great.

Well, I dont know about merging, but what would make sense, is to have one school district. Orange ISD. You could put WOS LCM and Orangefield in one district. For economic reasons.

I do know one thing stangchain. We have TONS of kids in our elementary and JH. Its like a baby boom. If you could, you need to research this, its the truth. I say we get back to 4A within 10 years. 8) By the way, have you seen the talent we have from the pee-wee leagues to 8th grade?? When I played for WOS (95-99), we had enough uniform combos to wear a different set for all 16 weeks. We had some throwbacks also.(We actually wore them against H-J this year I think). Coach Thompson had some style. 8) I guess he's a pretty darn good coach too. 8)

You were actually right. You just didnt know WOS was the 3rd smallest school. Its kind of funny, alot of people think we are a huge 3A because we win alot of games. Thats not the case obviously.
