El Campo has not played anyone like Dayton, as of yet. El Campo does have a good offense, but their pass defense is subject. They have alowed 20 or more points against any team that have a good pass offense. Bay City who is one of, if not the worse team in that district put 20 on them. The only real good team they played was Terry and they lost that game. Dayton rolls against El Campo. As for BH and Central. Central has a suspect defense and BH does not. I say BH's defense would be the difference. I give BH the nod in a 10-14 point game.

Just doing a little friendly comparison, for what that's worth. How do you see the first 3-rounds of the playoffs working out for these two districts? Mine: Dayton wins 1st two (Crosby and EL Campo). BH wins 1st (Central)and loses 2nd (LaMarque). No question Pat was good, however goes to show you Chris had no business playing QB and should have been a FB or TE. He was a much better runner than passer.

Dayton had a lot of talent accross the board. They and BH would be a great matchup as both teams look very much alike on defense. LCM, well they were better than recent past, but certainly not a powerhouse. Griff your an idiot.......simple as that.

That is the way I see it. It would also depend on how BH and Dayton finishes in district. If we both win district, then regardless of who is div-1 we would meet later in the playoffs, if ever. Let's just hope it's not round one.

BH 7-0 after tonight and it does appear we are on a crash course with a VERY good Galena Park, week 10 for the district title. I think our defense will be the difference in week 10. Crosby and New Caney may also be fihting one another for that 3rd spot the last game of the season. Both still need to play Galena Park, so that might also be the deciding factor should one of them upset Galena Park.

I am not knocking Kirbyville so read the post again. Kirbyville is the better team in district, but don't kid yourself. Kirbyville may have won the last 2 years, but the 2nd win was absolutely BH losing the game and not Kirbyville beating them outright. BH turned the ball over a LOT and missed several extra point and field goal opportunities. Now for this year, BH would beat Kirbyville like a step-child. As would Crosby, Galena Park, New Caney, and probably C.E. King.....even thogh this district is so week. As Blade put it, Kirbyville should enjoy a quick exit from the playoffs. By the way, do they have electricity in Kirbyville yet?
