NW got way to many second chance points. If kountze gets half of those offensive boards this game is another story. The refs were bad but they didn't lose this game. The only reason people said they were bad is because devin fouled out. there were several times the ref bailed devin out and made the call on another player towards the end. No, brey's 3 isn't the reason they lost but it wasn't a smart shot but it didn't lose the game for them. Hate that this game was a quarterfinal game, these were two real good teams and everybody didn't even get to watch. whose idea was it to play in livingston anyways?

How about you two just let the two teams play and tomorrow night, after the game, you can talk all the trash about who was wrong or right.

Bucof2010, you're always talking about Woodville making excuses and you're on here whining about EC always getting a bad draw. All of this could've prevented if yall could have beat Anahuac in the tie breaker game. Yall have no one to blame for the "bad draw" but yourselves

I think they switched to zone because they couldn't defend woodville's #5. And when he was out of the game they switched to man because woodville's back up point guard doesn't handle the ball near as well. And yea I saw that tech #5 got, but to be honest there should have been a lot more techs given out. The leggett players cursed at the refs like it wasn't anything

I would say they came out sloppy in the first half but managed to keep it close and even have a lead going into halfway point. I never saw a lot of that great defense and flying around to the ball like I usually see these guys do. They picked it up there at the end and scraped by with a win. A lot of that was their guards quickness, which made it difficult to contain. What'd you think about Leggett's point guard? and yes I can agree with your statement to some extent

The refs were a joke in this one. Legget should be going deep in the playoffs again. Their point guard #5 is extremely talented and the team is well coached.

Nobody is making excuses? Not once has anybody made an excuse for a loss using a "poor shooting" excuse. No one has had to make an excuse for a lost because this is their first loss! Yall wouldn't know anything about that. Besides, why are you on this thread when EC got beat by Hemphill? We're both in the same boat, we lost to the second place team of another district. Get off this thread because yall lost just like we did. We could settle this on the boys side but Anahuac spanked you guys Friday night and now yall are gonna have a "one and done"  ;D

But how much did EXPERIENCE do for us??!! You know why the underclassmen on hardins team did well? Because they have been rotating in and out. Thank you for bringing us great basketball for 4 yrs.  [/quote] yes i was at the game. barlow made 2 or 3 rebounds ill give her credit. but when you take those starters out those other girls dont do anything but panic. we cant help coach b doesnt play them more but giving them playing time in an area playoff game wouldnt be on the top of my list either. but did coach b do? after seeing what they were doing to meisha in the post, a coach has to readjust and get her the ball. this game was in reach at halftime, coach b made no changes and hardin continued to handed to it to them. glorydaz im pretty sure you have a child or relative in the 2012 class which is why youre taking such a high offense to all this. or maybe your even a player from 2012 and your upset you havent played all year
