Well i guess ill be the first on hear to eat my words. neither team won tonight so all that talk was for nothing lol i guess all ec and woodville fans will just have to slowly disappear of this forum lol but congrats to both lady hornets teams. i see hemphill and hardin meeting now. i guess ill see all you bucs tomorrow night in barbers hill  :D

to glorydaz, really? did you see what barlow did when she got in the game? turned the ball over every time she put it on the floor. I understand there were girls on the bench ready to play but those girls arent the ones who have had experience in these situations. it didnt matter who was out there on the floor tonight for the lady eagles because hardin played a heck of a game. and "LE Basketball" wont be what it has been next year but hardin will lol congrats lady hornets.

And it's a little bit of both. I'm really impressed with hardin. They are playing well but I haven't seen woodville shoot this poorly. They literally can't buy a bucket. Congrats to hardin, this one is over. Woodville down 42-16 with 3:13 left. Woodville's best player #15 scored her first bucket with 3 minutes left in the 4th. I agree bobcat, Biggest upset in 2A by far. And nobody is making excuses, I'm given hardin the credit they deserve

Donn't even start all this "I knew hardin could beat woodville." All of you had hardin to lose big. Hardin is playing lights out right now. They aren't letting woodville's best player #15 get the ball in the post and forcing woodville to shoot from the outside which they're aren't doing well at all. I'm not taking anything away from Hardin but these refs are a joke. Nobody saw this coming, not even the hardin fans. At halftime they were all shocked haha

Well I'm sorry that I don't keep up with who kountze has scouted, I was just thinking of something else to do besides play a pointless game. Heck, take the night off and rest or go watch ozen and central go at it lol

Since 1994 I believe. Congrats to the eagles, sa is tough place to play but champions win on the road and that's why you're district champs! That puts them at 20-6 on the season and 8-0 in district. I think it's time for them to crack the top 25 lol

Woodville girls only up 32-22 at halftime. Lady Eagles aren't really playing like they wanna be here, but can you blame them? Lol it is in SA haha, who does like playing there  :D

Yes number 5 is the speed demon with the head band. utfan, hadnot isnt the guy whose hurt. and court side, i think it might hurt the team because they dont really have any depth at that position but i still think woodville is the better team, sa is just a tough place to play

Well, it's time for round 2 of this battle between the top 2 teams in 22-2A. SA had a shocking loss to Newton, who Woodville beat by 42 in Woodville. I say in Woodville because anything can happen in Newton. I believe SA could win this simply because its in SA. If any of you have been to a game there, you'll know that it's a tough place to play. Also, Woodville star point guard, # 5 (junior) darrin sells, is out with a broken nose. If Woodville is going to go 10-0 in disrtict, this is there final big hurdle to get over. What do you guys think about this one tomorrow night?

No i've watched the girlss play for a while too. dont get me wrong, i want every sport to succeed but im just being realistic here. these girls might win a few games and get better after they get some time on the court together but i just dont think they'll be that good in the next few years. And i dont see gilder leading anybody next year. Shes got good size but everytime and see these girls play i get nervous of what she'll do next. nice post though, and i hope you're right about being crowned chamoions  ;D

After watching kirbyville play woodville tues night, i really think kirbyville will be the second place team in the district. i think they'll beat sa tonight and take care of business the rest of the way

Woodville has won their last 15 of 18 and why is Kountze playing Legacy utfan06? Sounds like they're padding those stat sheets to me too. AAW didnt silsbee play legacy earlier in the year and put up 100+?

Umm glorydaz, have you seen the Woodville second string? Yes the team is losing everybody. Gill has not done anything spectacular on offense this year and won't next year, imo, and thats what they'll need next year. She has done well on the boards though. And have you seen Barlow, Williams, Long(not battise), and Arline play? If it were up to those four and Gill, they prolly wouldn't beat a lot of jv teams. Speaking of jv, there is no one on jv ready to come up to varsity for the lady eagles next year. And what has the class of 2012 dominated? when they were in middle school? c'mon now, lets not get carried away. My predictions is the lady eagles will not even make it out the 2nd round next year, if they even make playoffs. you must be a parent of the kids from 2012 cause anyone from woodville knows after the seniors leave this year, there will be no more success.

You ec people obviously have a lot of time on your hands because there was a response each time and if you look back at the forum, you people started the whole mess about track so maybe you need to get on another forum.
