Boys Nederland won over New Caney (no score)this morning and defeated Montgomery by 13 just now. BH boys defeated Anahuac by 4. Girls CP Vista Ridge def Lumberton and GCM Humble def Friendswood

Anyone who has scores or just results (not putting scores up on brackets posted in the gyms), please post.  I'm not able to get back up to the tourney till later this evening, but will have all the results later tonight. Not sure of the the score, but LCM girls lost to Mayde Creek this morning.

[/quote] Hey...I didn't bring up Central LOL.  Hope you had good Christmas JR!  Should be a fun tourney with the new pool format.  I'll be posting updates on the tourney thread.  Hopefully BH will look a little better than in that beatdown by the 5A #1 you saw! 

AWESOME job, WOSgrad!!!! One word of caution to everyone - "last minute" changes are sometimes made to tourney brackets, so always check with someone close to the team you are following before making a long drive to game.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to everyone.  Wishing all a safe trip to see Girl's Basketball!

BH has dropped out of the rankings, they must be no good.  And all that size in the paint and speed at the point for Ozen, wow, BH has NOTHING to match that. Ozen by 25   8) Let's not forget both have to win their pools first!

LMAO #22 for Dayton is the real deal, but all but 4 or 6 of her points were fromthe line...a BUNCH...and she dang near made them all.  She is going to be trouble for the district for next 4 yrs.  Yeah, Manchaca came up with some big ones, even with defensive focus on her! #11 for BH only took 2 fg shots the entire game, both in the first half.  Rest assured she has been flogged, tazered and threatened with waterboarding if that happens again.    ;)

Final BH 60 Dayton 51 BH played poorly overall, committing way too many fouls. Foul count diff was outrageous, I believe it was 38-20 in favor of Dayton.  Of course, I would NEVER complain about the officiating  8) Also, we lost a HUGE rebounding factor with Shaw not in the game.  Sophs Naivar and May stepped up with big offense tonight...made the difference.

After 3 BH 37 Dayton 34

At the half BH 24 Dayton 17 Shaw only played 4 min due to foul trouble. 1st half foul count was 16-8 in favor of Dayton.  So much for home cookin allegations :)
