Since all of the rain has put a damper on baseball, We will be taking a break Thursday. West Sabine is hosting a track meet. Usually a great meet. I hear you Hornet18, It is hard to get respect without "blowing your horn over and over here". West Sabine also went to Evadale and spanked them in the championship of their tournament 15 - 5 and Evadale still comes in at #7... They are still riding on their teams of the past in this poll. Hemphill has a great young team that really plays some great ball on the diamond. You got all the respect in Sabine county. We know what we have year in and out here and we should just continue to do what we do. Let the polls do what they will do. Flash  T Stanley pitched a no hitter with one walk and one HBP in the game against Brookeland. Defense was error free. Was a great game by the Tigers. TB took the mound for the Championship game. Was another good defensive game for the Tigers. Our offense is really starting to come along. Seeing the ball well, great running of the bases. Starting to come together and click in time for district. District will be a grind with 5 teams with potential for a playoff berth.  Let's go Tigers, WIN every inning. Yes West Sabine wins the championship 15 to 5 over Evadale in 6 innings. Also Colmesneil over Brookeland for 3rd. Congrats to the Tigers and the rest of the district for taking 1,3,and 4 BucketSitr

West Sabine JV host a double header against Center today. Game time 10am. Although it started sprinkling with [u][b]sleet[/b][/u] around 9. Still light rain so i assume they may have to delay time a bit. I may try to watch a bit before heading to Evadale. BucketSitR
