I agree.  Incomplete list and some that don't belong.  Some of the coaches mentioned that did not make the list have more playoff wins than some on the list have regular season wins.  A couple from the list given do however deserve to be on a legitimate list,  including Landry and Green. Bad list example: Mixon over 50 playoff wins and not on list Denny over 50 playoff wins and not on list Brevell many playoff wins Grif who knows how many Rupp at GCM has bunch of playoff victories and no way you can put a couple of those guys ahead of Robbins he has numerous playoff victories Rojas 0? or maybe 1? Others on list with between 3 and 7 playoff wins?

The question is, does Ozen have the heart to give it their all at this point? If so it will be close.  Just like they played PNG.  If not it will be ugly. Dogs 21  Panthers 20 or Dogs 35 Panthers 13

I saw the news and gave my opinion.

My thoughts on this topic: 1) This is not breaking news. 2) This is breaking rumor. Just because it was mailed to you instead of written on this message board, does not make it news. 3) IMO this was irresponsble jounalism. 4) This post I am writing is an anonimous letter in which I am accusing KFDM of irresponsible jounalism and I bet they will not report my accusation on tonights news. Maybe if I mailed it to them. 5) Zinger was called out and canceled his account to setxsports. Interesting to me. 6) All of you rules quoters are missing a few components of this equation. A) Kid is a senior. Rules are a little different. B) kid was signed off on by former school.  C) kid has not been accused of moving for  athletic purposes, as noted in his previous athletic participation form signed by previous athletic director. D) kid sat out fifteen days from what i hear 7) You recon there are any area schools that break any rules.  I could list numerous schools right now that I THINK are violating specific UIL rules on a regular basis.  Example REQUIRED football weight workouts during offseason before school. Example Having VARSITY coaches that are not employees of the school.  Example Recruiting Example Sunday workouts  I could go on and on. If I called them on this right here, right now, in an anonimous format on this sight would it be BREAKING NEWS? Or would it be if I mailed it out to you all?

I think our district is down in all sports.  If you count the number of playoff wins in all boys sports ten years ago in the 1999-2000 school year and then do the same for 2009-2010 you would see a large drop off.  Our area is simply not doing as well as it has in the past in any of the major boys sports.

Is this what we can expect in years where our talent level is about the same as Vidor?

An eyewitness told me that coach acted like a total jack leg!

There are some of us out here still waiting to hear from hitman009 who Crosby has faced this year better than Trae Hester.  I am noy being argumentative, just curious what great pitchers they have seen this year.

If we are going to post a list of playoff wins for these coaches we need to get the numbers right. Seems like four or five of them are missing quite a few (very hard to come by) wins. Is there any way to make sure they are correct?

I would also like to add, that I do not see that happening.  (for numerous reasons)

Below is MVP............ UNLESS!!!!!!!! Vidor beats LCM and then Nederland throwing Hester, then Ozen. If both finish at 10-2 and Co-Champions, Then it is a Co-MVP I would bet.

IMO Bellow is 20-4A MVP and Laird is 1st Team Pitcher this year.  Laird has stood out and has proven he can pitch against any team.  I don't understand why he hasn't been signed yet.  No need to change the rotation.  If Nederland's bats stay hot, Bellow will only need to pitch 2-3 innings(no more than a routine bullpen) against Livingston before the coach could comfortably go to the very deep bullpen(Pitts, Smith, Brown, Raines, Brady, and Cardenas).   Bellow would then be available for relief if needed monday.  Great position to be in!  [/quote] You heard correct.  If two teams have same record, they are tied. No matter if one team beat the other twice already or not.

There are too many more teams in South East Texas than ten or eleven.  And there dang sure are not many more than ten or eleven good teams.
