I believe Logan Bryant. Looks like Silsbee doesn't want to win the district, and may be a smart move considering the teams you dodge early in the playoffs.

Lol. I'm 35 years old, the Banditos weren't around in my time.....and I have a 6 year old daughter, so you can't say I have a kid that was cut from them either.

It's too bad that colleges don't recruit, and scouts don't draft players based on the summer jersey they wear, or y'all would be in business. Unfortunately that all comes down to tools. There's only 1 Bandito organization that matters, and that the owner cares about, and that's the one in Tomball. Not the Dallas Banditos, or the Austin Banditos, or the South Texas Banditos, or the MVP Banditos, or the Southeast Texas Banditos, but he sure does love that money y'all give him to use his name. By the way, did you know that the Banditos claim that MLB player Paul Goldschmidt played for them, when in fact he has never played a single pitch for them? I wonder how many others he claims, that never played for him, or played 1 tournament with them? Anything to throw out big numbers right?

How many of these kids playing select pick up a ball twice a week to throw while at practice, and every other weekend to play? Then don't pick up a ball the rest of the days. That's most likely playing catch 10 times in 30 days, and 2 times a month pitching. That's no way to keep an arm in shape, and on top of that, how many of them actually do arm care to help protect their arms? There's more to blame than throwing too many pitches in an outing in my opinion.....and I definitely don't condone over throwing a kid just to win a game.

I never said you did....and I don't believe they were sleeping on them. I repeated a statement made from a wos fan about the BC game. He directly called out the coaching staff and players after the game. They threw their number 1, or 1A in that game as well. Now the shoe is on the other foot after a loss, and some people can't take the same criticism.

So then that only applies when wos beats bc? I do recall reading this after the BC WOS game "Hats off too the kids and Coaching Staff in BC. Keep sleeping on WOS Baseball Team."

I would normally agree, but in a 2 run game, I would do anything to get the tying run to the plate.
