I’m in favor of government shutting down no matter who does it, normally that means no ridiculous spending, which most is. It also highlights how terribly dependent this country is on government, which was never supposed to happen. But to compare border wall spending (which is national security and covered in the Constitution) with what the democrats are now pushing is silly.

No need to take it back, I just don’t agree that the distraction is needed, and if anyone is worth going after, it’s this guy. We simply needed a competent administration to make the effort.

No surprise, Obama and democrats in general, have always viewed the Constitution as an impediment to their political goals. A “charter of negative liberties”.
