No, it wasn't for many, was that in the original post? Women couldn't vote, should they still be complaining? There were indentured servants of all races, should they be complaining? All that is in the past, everyone in the US is free to choose their own path, even though many want to still blame someone else for their bad choices.

If you vote for ANY Democrat, it's hard to claim the first two, in fact, impossible. The spending problem is shared by all.

Both parties try to make any opposing President a one term President, that's how it works...lol. And the parties are divided, there is absolutely nothing about the Democrat party that I agree with. There are plenty of issues I have with the Republicans, but they are much closer to my beliefs than the socialist Democrats.

Professional sports are going to pay dearly for their caving...empty stadiums and now turning fans off is unsustainable.

Do not agree with gay marriage but would in no way support any legislation against it. In fact, I think the gov should get completely out of the marriage business. No tax break if you're married, no penalty if you're not. Who anyone marries is their business.

I really have no interest in answering your questions when I never get an answer from you on why you support the Democrats...and please don't throw out that you have no affiliation with the Democrats.

And don't get me wrong, I think term limits would be THE best thing (if I could only pick one) that would change the landscape in Washington. It would make the accumulation of power much more difficult, though not impossible. My next change would be line item veto. The only problem is it would take amending the Constitution.

I really couldn't care less if the fed gov likes me or not...been preaching that for years. Too many think the gov is there to take care of them and that is by design in the way of entitlements, a trend we'll never reverse. As far as term limits...good luck. 🙂
