I got your point, but at this time you have no way of predicting the ratio of severity to frequency. Do you really think the numbers won't go up tremendously when more testing takes place over the next weeks and months? That's my point. There are way more than 4500 cases in the country and you know it...we haven't even begun to verify the real number.

Democrats have been profiting off of suffering for decades...it's called welfare. Throw your voters some crumbs and promise crumbs for the future but do not offer opportunities that would lift them to the level of independence and risk losing their vote. What the Democrats have been doing for decades is pathetic and shameful. You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before. Rahm Emanuel
