I don’t think any states would allow it. I don’t want the unborn to be protected depending on who is on the SC...it won’t always be weighted conservative. I agree it’s murder...that is a state crime.

It is not illegal according to the SC...that’s why I say take it back to the states. I believe every state would make on demand abortion illegal.

Or just allow it to be a decision made in the states. Fed gov should have no say in this. But we could say that about so many other issues.
