Tia Juanitas chicken and sausage gumbo is really good...but if we’re talking seafood gumbo, Floyd’s is the best.

I would agree...usually don't get gumbo while out because we have plenty of Cajuns cooking it for all family gatherings.. Lots of good gumbo out there but not much great gumbo...Floyd's is great.

Try the fried fish at Tia Juanitas. The batter is perfect and it's never overcooked. Also, I wasn't a fan of fish tacos, but they have changed my mind...grilled, corn tortilla.

I agree...I think he handled it like almost every cop would handle it. It was a great end to a story that could have had a tragic ending. Just thought I would post it because this type of interaction probably happens many times each year (good outcome) but you don't see it in the media.
