  1. None of that makes illegal immigration OK...being a millionaire is hard and takes years, can I break the law to short circuit the process?

  3. So gas and polypropylene will cost more because of unfair immigration laws...lol.
  4. Trump didn't cave, but he was put in a tough position to back Flynn or Pence. If he kept Flynn on it would have undermined his VP, IMO. Crappy deal, because I think Flynn was perfect for the position.

  15. The question is not flawed...here is the judges oath: Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office: “I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.” (June 25, 1948, ch. 646, 62 Stat. 907; Pub. L. 101–650, title IV, § 404, Dec. 1, 1990, 104 Stat. 5124.) So should judges be able to dismiss what the Constitution says and rule simply on their own opinion without any consequences. What is the reason for the oath if it means nothing? I realize there can be different interpretations based on the Constitution, but that was not what the original question was. Here it is again: If Judges consistently show that their decisions are purely political, meaning not upholding the Constitution, should these Judges be impeached?
  16. Here's the original question: If Judges consistently show that their decisions are purely political, meaning not upholding the Constitution, should these Judges be impeached? If the answer is an absolute no, is there any standard for a judge to be guided by?
  17. I'm sure this will be highlighted in the #obamaliesmatter thread.

  19. I'll answer the original question again...yes.
  20. Trump must be doing something right...we even got a lefty authored fake news thread on SETXsports.
  21. I would love to see this done away with...churches, pay your taxes and preach the truth about candidates.
  22. Don't expect more than a 3 or 4 word response to your well-articulated rebuttal.
  23. Pretty sure he doesn't measure failure / success the same way conservatives do.
