  1.   :)   I actually don't think the fed gov should have any business in defining marriage...if anything it should be left to the states.   I would have no problem with the states being out of it as well and letting local churches/institutions marry (and be free not to marry) whom they choose.   Even though I may not agree with the lifestyle, I would not want to legally restrict anyone from living it.   I have family members that are gay and while I don't agree with it (they know it) I still love them the same (they know this also).
  2.    Wasn't even posting at you...it was a reply for the in one ear and out the other comment directed at Bullets.
  3.   Why don't you get off the soapbox and do some research on the action of "some" that are occurring in Muslim countries...you might actually learn something.
  4.   So bullets/westend, do you think the Muslim and Christian faiths treat women equally?
  5.   How are they oppressing them...you want insurance that covers abortion, go and buy it yourself...I should not have to provide it.
  6.   Do you see any Christian nations that are sentencing Muslims to death that became Christians?
  7.   What about Christians that own a business and lose their right not to provide health care that covers abortion?
  8. If a Christian group were to do something like this it would be all you were reading about.   Are you really going to tell me the left is as critical of the Muslim religion and acts that have been done in on its behalf as is is on anything Christians espouse.   You just proved the point with your ridiculous comparison...what Christian religion gave the OK to Jones and Koresh?
  9.   Yea right...two madmen are  exactly the same as a Muslim country applying laws that condemn Christians (or any OTHER religion) to death.   From the article:   Sudan's penal code criminalizes the conversion of Muslims into other religions, which is punishable by death.   The left is always bashing Christians for views they hold such as disagreeing with homosexuality but never can grow a pair when it comes to condemning acts such as this.
  10.   Don't see too many Christians doing this kind of stuff.   [Hidden Content]
  11. Exactly, I would think this would be a fairly "memorable" event.
  12. That is nuts...I will, however, go along with anything that makes sure that song is never played again.   :D
  13. What you tolerate means absolutely nothing to me...you embrace homosexuality and call anyone that sees it as wrong a bigot...how tolerant. You don't tolerate...LOL.
  14. Apples/ oranges to a liberal.
  15. As you have pointed out, it is hypocritical for Christians to condemn homosexuality but sort of wink at something like adultery...not all but some do. I also think it's hypocritical that the media can rip Tiger for his infidelity but hold Sam up to such high esteem for his behavior. Both are picking and choosing and both are hypocritical viewpoints.
  16.   Yes, you did miss it but I'll elaborate later.   :)
  17. Hold on now guys, don't worry about the results.   The only thing that matters is the VA chief is "mad as hell" about all this.   He "cares" and that's the most important thing.   [Hidden Content]
  18.       The pest control division of the NRA is vigorously opposing this legislation.
  19.   PAMFAM, make an argument.   Post some links where gun control laws have been successful.
  20.   Oh, I understand completely...that's why I'm not going HaHa about our current situation.
  21.   Heard that one before...in 2008.   Then 2010 happened.
  22. This must be a new tactic added to the latest edition of the lefty handbook. Don't' like the source / the footage must have been edited.
